Excellent experience on the lot with Ron. Knowledgeable and able to answer my questions without being pushy. Never planned to buy a car on this day but they gave me an offer I couldn’t walk away from. Generally I hate going to dealerships but they made this about as easy and convenient as possible. Probably why I’ve bought 3 cars from this dealership

I ordered a vehicle through Hilbish Ford and it was the easiest process. Delivery took just about as much time as they advised me upon ordering. Picking up the vehicle, financing process… all of it could not have gone any better! Everyone at Hilbish Ford was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them!

Purchased a new Explorer ST from Hilbish Ford, this was the worst buying experience ever. The purchase went fine but the sales person knew nothing about the vehicle, no one showed me anything about the car or how any of the features work, I had to YouTube everything to even know what this button was for or how to use that option. once the sale was final the sales person took my Explorer to get gas and then told me she only put close to 1/2 tank because gas was too expensive, I was very upset about this because I just spent $64K on a top of the line vehicle and couldn't even get a full tank of gas???? Car was never detailed, sales person just removed the window sticker and laid it in the seat. i spent the whole next day cleaning tape and fingerprints off the windows and dirty shoe prints from the rear carpet. Not a happy camper and would not recommend buying from Hilbish to anyone and being this was my first experience buying from them I don't think I will be back. I would say give your sales team training on the vehicles they will be trying to sale, make sure the customer is happy before they leave the showroom. Reach out to the customer after the sale because its been 4 days and haven't heard anything from the sales person or anyone at Hilbish to see if everything is going good. And when someone buys a New vehicle don't be so tight you can't fill the gas tank up because your make plenty on the sale of the vehicle to justify 20 gallons of gas.

The sales staff make your buying experience comfortable, with no high pressure sales tactics. I worked with Dennis Rowland to purchase a new Ford Ranger, and he made the entire process enjoyable.
