Best Car Purchasing Experience.... Ever.

This was the best car purchasing experience our family has ever had. From the moment we spoke with Mike over the phone we were treated with nothing but respect and kindness. He was knowledgeable, friendly and had a great sense of humor. Then we got to meet Rick who was personable, respectful, friendly, and had a great sense of humor as well. We genuinely felt they were there to work their hardest to give us the best deal possible. They never hassled us or gave us any pressure to do anything we weren't absolutely certain about. After leaving to think things over, we decided to purchase the used Subaru Forester we had test driven. We went back to sign the papers with our 7 year old present. When we walked into the finance office, we met Earl. Again - respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. And since we had a little guy with us, the 3 worked together to make sure we got in and out of there fast. Everything they had promised us before leaving was delivered and they absolutely stuck to their word. It was the epitome of outstanding customer service and teamwork. We will definitely be going back! Thank you Subaru Concord!

LOVE MY CROSSTREK

I have been a loyal Honda owner for almost 30 years, but Subaru of Concord has changed everything. This was the easiest, least stressful, quickest trade I have EVER made. I never even considered Subaru because I thought they only had station wagons. Then I saw the Crosstrek on the lot in Concord and decided to take a test drive. I did all the work I could online so that our dealing process was minimalized. We told Jeff and Sean what we were willing to do and they made it happen. I absolutely LOVE this SUV! You can't go wrong at Subaru of Concord.

I have wanted to own a Subaru for several years now and when I finally got the opportunity to get one I chose Subaru of Concord. They were helpful, they got me a great deal on my new Forester, a great trade in value, and I am loving the new car. Sean B was my salesman and General Manager Steve P was a pleasure to deal with. I was most amazed at the teamwork to make the "deal happen". They worked with honestly and integrity which is a most unusual thing for me to say considering that the first words out of my mouth when asked what was I looking for was, "to begin with, I do not like car salesman". So to you who feel the same, this is the place to go for a new or used vehicle. They earned my business this and the next time I need a new or used car!

Pleasant Experience; great car

We had already settled on an Outback 3.6R as the ideal vehicle for our needs and reviewed prices on several sites. We researched available Western NC vehicles both new and used online, spoke with 3 dealers by phone, and visited 4 dealers on Sunday (no hassles, since they were closed) so we knew what was available and what reasonable prices were. We called on Subaru Concord; they had the 2 vehicles we requested ready and waiting for our test drive, and Todd was very knowledgeable about the details of the car and its capabilities. They gave us a fair deal on a new Outback and easily beat the price of the closest competitor. It was a pleasant experience--everyone in the dealership was cheerful and friendly and they have a very professional working relationship between sales, management, financing--Todd even drove us to the nearby gas station to demonstrate the fuel filler and bought us a free tank of gas! We would easily do business with Subaru Concord in the future.

Felt like a USED CAR lot from the 80's

Bought a 2010 Legacy from them. Sales Rep was OK, but when it got to the final numbers his "manager" came out and did a this costs me this much, and this is that scheme...unbelievable!! Got up to leave and he "yelled" at me in the foyer to split it. I like the car, and needed one, and thought that was what the car was worth - oh yeah and was 4 hours into it. Here's the kicker, I get home and check on-line - they had just lowered the car to a "special" it was $3 less than I paid...WHY ALL THE HASSLE!!!! Like my car will never buy another car from that dealership as long at that guy is there.
