The service team at Hendrick MINI is top notch. My technician is Justin and he is the best. Justin is consistently rated as one of the top MINI technicians in the country; we are lucky to have him here in Charlotte.

Every time I take my MINI in for service I get great customer service. From the greeting the staff gives as soon you enter the service area to the complimentary drinks and snacks while you wait. They even wash your car after the service is complete. Great people great service.

I received a mailer for value service maintenance and decided to bring my 2016 MINI Countryman in for some much needed TLC. I’m glad I did, because while the car was there they found coolant leaking from my thermostat. The repair ended up being covered by warranty which saved me a bunch of money. I was able to do a few other minor repairs with the money I saved. Justin was the tech and sent me a great video before and after the repairs. This gave me great confidence in your dealership. I will definitely be back for my future car needs.

Best service experience ever

I brought my car in for a 2nd opinion on recommend repairs I received from another local shop. The team at Hendrick Mini were very professional and gave me a loaner car while my car was looked over. The mechanic Justin was very thorough and sent me a detailed video showing things that needed immediate attention, and things I could wait on. They even price matched the quote I got at the other shop. I’m very happy with my experience and will only bring my car to Hendrick Mini going forward.

I always have a great experience at Hendrick Mini for my cars service. I love all the additional things they offer.. like a free car wash, comfortable waiting area, loaner car if needed, free drinks & snacks, and a video from the mechanic. Justin was my mechanic and did an excellent job explaining the condition of my car.

Honest service center

Before ever visiting Hendrick Mini, I had an opinion about dealerships being over-priced and all about money. I ended up there because a local shop couldn’t diagnose my engine light. After spending thousands of dollars and wasting time for it to still not be fixed, I finally took it to Hendrick Mini. They gave me a loaner car while mine was in the shop. Justin the technician was able to pinpoint the issue and I received a very reasonable estimate. My car now runs like a top! I’m only trusting this team when it comes to my car from now on. I hope corporate gets to see this and know how great these guys are.

I have been a long time Mini owner and visited several different dealers in the Carolina’s, but I’ve never had as a good of an experience as I have at Hendrick Mini. These guys are best in class! They always make me feel like family. I always ask for Justin as my technician.

Anytime after have service on my Mini Cooper I take it to Hendrick Mini. I know it’ll be in the best hands possible. The advisors and techs are very experienced and definitely love/live the Mini brand. The tech videos are great and provide great detail. I always appreciate the free car wash as well.

Excellent service

I used to work with Eric. It’s obvious why he is now the service manager. Casey has overseen the last few services and he is also awesome. It is a hike for me to get to BUT I absolutely do not mind. Of all the vehicles I have owned; none come close to the reception, respect and appreciation for my business then Hendrick BMW / Mini. The service dept is so thorough and transparent that I have no concerns authorizing the service recommendations. Beyond routine maintenance they are also helpful to ensure that I know the cars future needs of the vehicle. In closing I am so happy that I am looking to purchase a new one!

Well worth long drive

The Video of my car in the work area was phenomenally informative! The very long drive to Charlotte was nerve wracking, but My Service Rep, Casey, was gracious, easy going and helpful. I do miss Eric Snyder, but congratulations to Him on His new position! Good to still see Him there.

The service provided yesterday was thorough from the beginning I checked in until I picked up my vehicle. The process was explained about the service needed. The inspection service was sent via text showng results. I also received a text letting me know that I could text with any questions. Everyone was professional and provided quality customer service.
