This experience was the best I ever had leasing a car. The salesperson Rose was very helpful and went the extra step to help me. The sales manager also was helpful and explained everything clearly. The financial department also spend a lot of time making sure I understood each step all and all this a great experience

Best car buying experience

I just purchased my third Audi from Audi of Smithtown. Rose Miccio has been my salesperson every time. My experience could not have been better! Rose spent quite a while finding me the car I wanted and was able to assure me it would arrive in a reasonable amount of time. In fact, it arrived exactly as she promised. Rose knows her product and takes time to satisfy her customer. When the car arrived, she spent quite a while familiarizing me with the car and all its technology. She is always available to answer questions and to help in any way. I highly recommend Smithtown Audi, particularly Rose Miccio.

Rose at Audi of Smithtown is the best! She will make sure you leave happy. If there are any problems, she will fix them and make it right! I have leased 6 Audi’s and loved each one! The service people working on the cars, are the best and talented mechanics!

I love this place! The staff is outstanding, friendly and were there for me 100% of the way, and made this an exceptional experience from beginning to end. I think I just found my life long dealship and Audi Family. Robert Ghambari is the best! He made sure I received nothing but the best and I absolutely did, hands down! He made me feel like his number one priority, he was beyond accommodating and I couldn't be happier with my Beautiful new Audi, Thank you Robert! Huge Thank you to Yanique McBride, she was excellent all the way through & so proactive and consistent in being in touch with me. Rose Macci was wonderful and gave an excellent demo of the tech inside my Audi A4, Gregg Weiss was there for me and treated me like I bought the most expensive Audi on the lot from beginning to end. Putting it simply the showroom is gorgeous and the staff is incredibly helpful and there for you 100% of the way, they treat you like family. Best car buying experience bar none. Audi of Smithtown made my experience easy, efficient and one where I was able to drive off in the car of my dreams! I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend anyone to go to Audi of Smithtown. Great purchase experience

The staff at Audi of Smithtown was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Its our second purchase at this dealership and we are very pleased. Our salesman, Mustafa Ali, really sealed the deal. He treated us like friends. Showed us everything we asked to see. Took us on numerous test drives. And never ever pressured us. Mustafa made all the difference. We WANTED to buy a car from him. This is what a car purchase should be. Well done Audi of Smithtown.

Terrible Experience

They are a $2 used car dealership, I custom ordered an RS7 ($120k car) the 1st night it arrived the rims were stolen off my car, they lied to me every step of the way, and tried to sell my car (that I put a deposit on and had a legally binding contract to purchase) out from underneath me and did everything in their power to prevent me from getting my car. I even had my friend videotape a slick salesman trying to sell her my car in the lot (without wheels) and when asked "what happened to the wheels?" he said they took them inside so no one would steal them. Only when I got my attorney involved did they finally give me my car knowing full well they would have been thoroughly embarrassed in court, I ordered it on May 13th, it arrived to the dealership on July 23rd and I finally took ownership of my car on September 5th!!! This dealerships complete lack of competency, transparency, and empathy as well as the compulsive lying are something that I have NEVER experienced in my life. I truly feel bad for anyone that buys a car from them because they [non-permissible content removed], ownership included. I was absolutely disgusted with my experience with them. The only reason I went through with my purchase was because they did not want me to take the car, they knew they were going to lose money because they had to pay for my new rims and tires and fix the undercarriage of the car. They were hoping to sell it to some unsuspecting consumer at full MSRP without them knowing the true story behind it. Hence if I did not go through with my purchase the dealership gets what they want.
