They are fooling everybody. And they are lying. I went there to complain i was very polite but upset. one of their workers swore at me in Arabic and English, threatened to heart me and kicked me out. I am not a violent person and I was in shock from their attitude. Now I see in the reviews that I wasn't the only one. I would recommend not to get near that place. It is by definition the car buyer worst nightmare.

They deceive you because the price listed is not the price of the car.Big [non-permissible content removed], all they want to do is finance you. What they don't tell you is their online price is after you give them 30% The price on the web site is a scam as soon as you get there the price grow 3-5 k the worse service ever

Sales man names Ryan approached me as soon as i walked in the showroom, offering me coffee/ water or snacks. That right there service. Then he helped me out the pick the best car out for me. Thank you guys so much for helping me out. God Bless them.

Car Gurus Price for a Honda Pilot

I was looking for a 4x4 and I got a good price on car gurus for the vehicle at this dealership. I went there with cash in hand and they made me wait 4 hours? and asked for my SS #, I told the sales person that I didn’t need a credit, I was paying cash. well they made me wait again for hours and I just left the place, they are a using bait and switch for you to use one of the high interest banks they use. Never ever go back again

I kept calling like 6 time totals to inform about a car that i'am in serious buying it like now. The lady that worked there kept hanging up on me over and over. Not sure if that is how 5townsdrive are treating their customer.

I drove over to Five Towns Drive to get an appraisal on my Jeep SRT for trade in for a CTS-V. When I walked in I was greeted by Jon and I told him what I had in mind. Jon helped me get top dollar for my truck and helped guide me every step of the way with the financing and actually made the whole transaction (that's usually a headache) very easy. I even had the pleasure or meeting the owner Andy who made me feel like the number one priority in the whole building. I highly recommend the whole staff for their excellent service and positive attitudes.

This the first time I seen what I like and called the dealer to see if they still had it. They said yeah and when I arrived it was there.very honest people, Terrel the sales guy was terrific, upfront gave details, very professional. If you go trust me ask for Terrel. And the financial department Masari was terrific, he got me in my dream car, he really took his time and really helped me out to get the lowest Apr possible.thank you guys so much. Happy customer😊

Very upset bait and switch

Let me start by saying don't be a fool to go here. Saw an ad for a 2009 Honda Accord on Craigs list I liked it. So I called and asked about it. I spoke to 2 people the last person I spoke to was mustafa. Very nice over the phone helpful asked me a questions. And gave me answers. Told me he would give me kbb value for my car. Which was 7k And agreed with me about the price of the car on Craigs list. And told me to come in to work a deal to call tomorrow and confirm. I called the next day to. Confirm and every time I tried to call he wasn't around so I went in today and met with a nice fellow don't remember his name. I asked for mustafa and of course what do you know he was busy. So this fellow showed me the car. Sat me down and then told me to show him my car I brought for trade I brought the car up. Then his boss come to look. Says he'll give me 3k for it. Which was not what the guy on the phone told me second tell me the Honda I wanted was 10k not 6 so they lied on the phone and in person I told them they should be a shamed of them selves and left I traveled 2 hours from nj to meet this guy and work a deal and left very upset. For how I was treated. Never shop here they are [non-permissible content removed]!!!

Found a lincoln mkx for sale should have fig it was bad, $ was very good, pictures were all very good, did a car fax and a ford check on car i work for ford so i can see things other people cant made a phone call talked to someone named joe asked about car they said it was there told them i was coming from another state and would be there in 2hrs.So drove 2 hrs got there asked for joe and know one said they talked to me so they then showed me suv and it was a wreck it looked like some one was using it and destroyed it had steel coming through tires smashed drivers door that would have been clearly visible in pictures x scatches on hood it was just a real mess asked the saleman what this was and he refused to answer i was like really none of this was in pics and he still refused to answer me so i handed keys back to him and he just walked away from me and went back to there so called showroom also they had no idea who iam and that i work for for ford 35yrs and know these vehicles in and out.Stay away they are [non-permissible content removed] of the business.

SCAM

I really do not know what to say besides the fact that they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with with anyone, ever. I called once to confirm if the vehicle was still available, then a second time to confirm a cash price. This went fairly well the female was short with me on the phone but that was fine I assumed they were busy. I then called back about 2 hours later because on the video they posted they had a different price. I called one more time to make sure that the internet price was accurate and if I came up I would be paying that price and I was told to fill out a credit application. I again said that I not going to finance through them and I was paying cash. She then hung up on me. I called back again and asked why she hung up on me when all I was doing was clarifying a few questions and doing due diligence before driving far and making a moderate sized purchase. She then told me that she is done explaining this to me as she had lost 17 other sales by talking on the phone with me. I asked for a manager and she said that she was the manager. What a complete [non-permissible content removed] this lady was; absolute disgrace. DON'T ASK QUESTIONS BECAUSE YOU WILL REALIZE THAT THEY ARE A JOKE AND A COMPLETE SCAM!!! Google them you will see!!

Customer service is worse

I have been trying to purchase a vehicle from this company. Yesterday, 2/18 I talked to Joseph the "manager" and ran my credit and made everything ready. He told that he would reach out to me today or I can reach out to him anytime. I am from out of state and I ran my credit and did all the pre-requisite's to purchase the car. I was 99% sure that I would purchase this car. I had the cash ready and also booked a flight ticket and wanted to come down and purchase the car today. However with this worse customer service I cancelled my flight and i changed my mind. I was one step far from the purchase. The frustrating story is that from Yesterday to Today, I called to the 5towns Drive more that 15 times and am constantly being put down on the phone by the front desk people. Sometimes I am asked to hold, some times I am told he is busy, he is in a meeting, he will call me back yara yara...and on this final call I am told that he is not even in the office today. I just wasted my 2 hours to talk to the person who is not even in the office. I can understand people/managers can be busy but just wanted to let the company know that you just lost your hot lead with this annoying customer service.
