Pleasant, hassle-free experience. A friend recommended dealer to us. We live about an hour away, so had price settled (fair for both parties, straight-forward & simple) ahead of time, via phone, text and email. Did not feel like dealer tried to take advantage of us.

I took a ride over to Lester Glenn on a rainy shore Saturday to check out some vehicles since my current lease had 4 months left on it. I was greeted by Matt Safran who demonstrated complete professionalism at all times. He was never pushy, answered all of my questions, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. When it came time to talk pricing and numbers, Matt was open and up front about everything. There were no extra hidden costs. Matt even encouraged me to shop around, which I did, and the other dealer couldn't come close to Lester Glenn's price. By the following week, I was driving around in a new vehicle from Lester Glenn thanks to Matt and the entire team at Lester Glenn. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market!

Lou Cipriani was an absolute delight. He was extremely patient and knew his stuff. He knew everything about the vehicle that i purchased and helped me set up a lot of the bluetooth and onstar features. He catered to my family and did not force anything on us. He was upfront and honest with us, which is a breath of fresh air. He suggested things that we should get as far as extra packages and features based on getting to know us. My mother is no easy person to negotiate with and Lou kept his cool and was just all around amazing. He was even willing (and actually suggested) that he would come in on his day off to help us finish up anything that needed to be done! I would strongly recommend someone to purchase a car from Lou at Lester Glenn. Lou spent hours with us aiding us in our decision to lease a car from Lester Glenn. I appreciate that he suggested many options without forcing anything on us. Lou you are awesome and I am already enjoying my Traverse!

Leslie Glenn Chevy in Tom's River is all business and pleasurable. About three weeks ago my wife and myself went all the way down there to deal with John Stetz who is the husband of a sister police officer. My wife had it in her mind to get a Traverse and nothing else.. I've been buying new cars for over 45 yrs. John and everyone we delt with treated both of us like gold. They're the greatest I've ever delt with.

They made my experience the best it could be! I was told that I could not have the car of my dreams at the Chevy dealer in Lakewood. Lester Glenn made it happen! They were professional, caring and down to earth! I would never go anywhere else again to buy a car! Go there, you will leave happy with a fair deal on the car you really want!
