I just bought a new car from Paul miller Subaru. The salesman handled all of the details very well from when I ordered the car and keeping me informed as to when my car would be in. When I picked the car up he went over everything about the car and answered all my questions. It was easy to work with him.

Paul Miller Subaru is really the place to go if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. They are there for you from start to finish. Alivia was super sweet and patiently helped in the beginning of the process. Then I worked with Harold once the car was available. There were some personal challenges that I went through during the time of buying the car. They were super understanding and caring. Knowing that the car buying process was going smoothly - made life easier. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

Outstanding experience

The outstanding experience begins as you are greeted with a friendly smile as you walk into the showroom of this dog loving Subaru dealership. We were soon directed to the manager Jim Scott who is known for his exceptional service and care of customers. He placed us in the very capable hands of salesman Jim Metzger and together we found and purchased the perfect vehicle! Jim took the time to go over all of the special features with me, I was even encouraged to drive my new SUV for a few weeks and welcomed to come back with any questions on the truck, safety features and the many apps.

Exceptional Experience with Dashawn and others at Paul Miller Subaru

Fantastic! This was the second vehicle we've purchased from Paul Miller Subaru and it was, as I've come to expect, exceptional. Dashawn was helpful, knowledgeable, easygoing and made the whole process easy despite being late in the evening and being constantly interrupted by my toddlers. He patiently walked through answers to all my questions and proposed options. I will be buying cars from him and this dealership exclusively moving forward.

Unethical with no integrity

Be careful with Sharon C. and this dealership. Lack ethics and integrity and try to cover it up. Tried to do some bait and switch math (taking my VIP discount off of a lower dealer price and applying to a higher MSRP and then trying to justify it). Not what i expected as i had previously purchased an Outback from Paul Miller and my wife purchased a Porche Cayenne from Paul Miller Porche

I had a pleasant experience with Steven and Deshawn. Steve is still a new recruit, but he did his best to answer all my questions. Deshawn jumped in was very friendly and knowledgeable. I can tell he is a great person by how he was training Steve. I will definitely consider this dealership once I can afford a Subaru! Good job on your first sales Steve! I saw the confidence boost the next day I picked up the car.

First and foremost, DaShawn is the man! He explained everything, he always update us and give us feedback and accomodate our request. He went above and beyond to provide us with the car that we want and accomodate our requests. He would answer my emails right away and very transparent. He explained everthing and we enjoyed our experience, it did not feel like we are at a car dealership, it was more like talking to a friend.

I am out of state resident working in NJ, and Alex Kim helped me to register the car in NJ without changing my driving license.
