F150 oil change service

I brought my F150 in for the works oil change special and was greeted by Mike a service representative for All American Ford . He was very professional and detailed about the work that was going to be performed to my truck. The work was done in an expeditious manner and I was on my way in no time . I highly recommend All American Ford for quality service.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE

So on April 30, 2018 in the evening I purchased a brand new 2018 ford Explorer Sport from All American mainly because I had a great experience at this dealership from purchasing my previous Explorer so hey why not right ? Well the next day I noticed that my brand new truck had paint chips on the tailgate, left bumper and front right fender and under the hood so I call my salesman Steve who tells me to call service .... I call service they can't get my truck in there until May 14th disappointed but ok so I drop said BRAND NEW Truck off at dealership they customer service call who was super sweet says well it may take a few weeks we are short handed?????? but I'll let you know now I am a lil mad I already waited 2 weeks for the appointment. Welllll they have my BRAND NEW truck for 2 weeks I look over the truck to check and make sure it is taken care of ya know they did have it for two weeks right NOPE NOT AT ALL so I go inside have to wait , now i'm pissed beyond pissed I get my customer service girl again super sweet and I felt horrible but she was the one in front of me and OH BTW I also called to speak to Service Mgr Nick 2x never called me back Pat eventually returned my call yup its fixed well no it was not!!!!! After having my car 2 weeks they only fixed the tailgate not the spots next to the tailgate not the spots on the fender noooooo so now we are at Memorial day weekend and I have two pups so Brooke trying to do her best to satisfy me well we can come to you on Tuesday and switch your truck with another Loaner (which by the way was another story) Well now YET AGAIN I AM INCONVIENIENCED Not Brookes fault BUT NOW I AM REALLY PISSED.... call sales person he was off i'll check into it tomorrow and have the manager call you in the morning (Saturday) well i'm still waiting for that call NEVER Happened AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT!!!! so Tuesday May 29th comes I bring my truck back in for round 2 get another loaner this one was clean thankfully I ask how long will truck take now to fix the other spots ?? well on Tuesday May 29th at 5:06 pm I get a text stating she spoke with Sales and showed them the spots so we are going to repaint the entire quarter panel for you and the fender as well.............................. I say its all going to match perfectly right and how long will it take (MIND YOU I HAVENT MADE 1 PYMT YET DUE THE 30TH) she responds with yes and she was going to get together with the body shop manager pat and service manager pat first thing in the morning to get a more accurate time frame YEAH ok still waiting for a response from that text as well and today is Wednesday June 6, 2018, so today at 1:17 I finally get communication from them via text again stating just touching base with me and letting me know they are expecting to have my BRAND NEW EXPLORER back to me by the middle of next week and thanking me for my patience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I have only had possession of my BRAND NEW TRUCK that now has had the paint compromised a total of 17 days and 1st payment later and ALL AMERICAN FORD HAS HAD MY TRUCK FOR TIME THAN I HAVE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AFTER THIS AND OUR FAMILY IS BIG ON FORDS I WILL GO SOMEPLACE ELSE THEIR MANAGEMENT TEAM NEEDS SERIOUS TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE and their Customer Service personnel directly are good but not all things can be handled by them. There has not been one ounce of remorse from the management team or any compensation other than the loaners they give you and the first one I received I had to clean it was filthy I AM NOT A HAPPY ALL AMERICAN FORD CUSTOMER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nilay and All American were great

Brought in my Ford Edge because the PTU was making a buzzing noise. They gave me a 2016 Ford Explorer to drive around while they fixed the issue, all in the allotted time frame. I recommend seeing Nilay -- he was amazing! A++ service!

I always take my Ford Ranger to American Ford of Old Bridge for service. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and clearly explain everything. They stand behind the work they do and clearly take pride in doing a job right. Prices are fair and there always seems to be some promotion or discount available, plus they give you service credits for next time. To top it all off they even wash your car for you.

To much time..

I had a 10:00 appointment,and didn't leave out of there till after 12:00. To long for a oil change. The employees are very nice. I will take my Edge to a Lincoln dealer after my free service is complete..

No Better Service Dept - No Better Vehicles Ever Made. I grade it..... A+

This is my 3rd purchase from All American Ford. Starting The year of 2002 - F-150 xlt to my present day, 2015 F-150 xlt. I will Never Purchase Anything But. (***) - See cymbal @ Bottom of page) I called All American Ford - Service Dept @ 12:30 PM - For an Oil Change/Rotate tires/Top off Fluids The women in the Service Dept answering the phones was Extremely Polite & asked, "Can you have your truck here by 2:30.?" Absolutely Incredible! @ 4:30 PM. my Truck was complete & Also washed. Your Service Dept. beats Any/Every Service Dept. Hands Down! My wife's cars, have all been BMW's. ( I Have Tried to get her to Switch to Ford 1000's of X's. There have been Too Many times i have heard, "The 1st avail. i have is, ???." But, that is 10 days away. I know. We hear that it all the time." Please Try to help me, to help you to help her, Change To Ford.(I knows it sounds like An Abbott & Costello routine - LOL) Maybe a 4 day cruse from Florida to wherever. I Know she likes, Speed & Power-But Refuses to drive Mustangs. She does like The Fusion, is it avail. w/ the Turbo's? As a TRUE Lifetime Member With / Ford...... I started @ Age 17 & Was Hooked! I Am Now 53 Yrs. Old. Starting with a 1983 Mustang GT Turbo/ (Many Don't Know Ford Built a Mustang GT W/A 4.Cyl. engine. With a small Turbo. Then 1985 Must.- SVO,Then 88 to 2001 Mustang GT's....2002 Purchased my First F-150 - I was a PAPD Detective trapped in Tower 1 when 2 fell 9/11. The Truck's make me feel Safe. after 5 operations. Bring Back A Special Order - 1980's - Smoked Glass Tee-Top Roof. I Would Buy That As It Exited The Factory Floor!!! Just think how would this look on an F-150? Absolutely Gorgeous!!!!
