From the first contact with this dealership by phone to the actual live personal experience, the team of Victoria Miller and Juan Cabreja went above and beyond any normal expectations we had. They spent hours with us to help us pick the perfect car. Throughout our lives we've had the pleasure and ability to purchase numerous luxury, sports, and practical vehicles, but never have we experienced such personal and considerate service from a dealership led by these two outstanding people. I have been leasing Hyundai's for the last ten years, and this recent lease - for my son - represents my 7th Hyundai leased from Liberty Hyundai. My salesman is - and always has been - Ray Arroyo, and from the first day I met him, has been excellent beyond any expectations I had. Ray is always available and always willing to help. He listens to my needs and does everything he can to make sure I'm satisfied. Ray is certainly an excellent salesman, but an even better person, and is an outstanding representative for Hyundai in general, and Liberty Hyundai in particular. I'm very pleased with the Hyundai's I've leased, and even more pleased with how Ray takes care of me and my family. He is the reason I continue to lease from Liberty Hyundai.

Excellent Sales Experience

We purchased a new 2019 Santa Fe SUV from Liberty. We worked with Peter Herbst, initially via the internet and then in person. The sale was straightforward, price was exactly as published on their site (a far better dealer discount than other dealers offered), and they found a great program to finance the car for 4 years at zero percent with an additional $750 rebate that we were not aware of. A quick and easy experience for the exact car we wanted. Peter and the finance manager were customer-oriented and very professional. And the delivery process was also excellent. All in all, we're quite happy with buying from them.

This dealership is hands down one of the best in the area. Ray Arroyo sold me a 2017 Hyundai in November and did whatever he could to get me in a car that I would love for a price that I was very comfortable with. This is why I came back to Hyundai right after my car was totaled. Ray helped me get in a new car as soon as possible. He even went all the way to Pennsylvania to go get the car of my dreams. If you want to buy a car from someone you can trust that delivers fast and efficient service then you should go see Ray. Thank you Ray, youll definitely see me again when Im ready for another car.

Ray Arroyo met with us on our schedule and was very helpful and accommodating in listening to what we were looking for. He had no agenda, he was there to provide what we needed and at a fair price. We talked about several models and features and Ray provided just what we were looking for with our Tuscon. We asked to go on certain roads on our test drive and Ray said sure, why not. He fully explained the features on the vehicle, programmed the applicable features and is available for any questions. Go see Ray and tell him John with the Tuscon sent ya.

After a horrible problem with Rt. 4 Hyundai I drive to Liberty in Mahwah. I was immediately greeted by Ray Arroyo. After telling him of my earlier experience wit the other dealership he was so compassionate and,understanding. He treated me like I was so special. He took me for,a test drive, worked out a really good deal for me and I now have a brand new 2018 Leased Hyundai Elantra. The staff there is,so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I can't thank Ray enough for giving me so much care and attention.

Clear and Informative Dealership

I recently leased a car for the first time and Liberty Hyundai was by far the best experience I had out of all of the dealerships I visited. They didn't have the shark-like "let's make a deal now" mentality of many other dealerships. I dealt with Bob Sealy who was very informative throughout the experience. He didn't push any options or pressure me into prices that I couldn't afford. He gave me the clearest and best deal. Once I chose the car, Kurt was able to break down all of the lease language and fees and gave a clear break down of each. There wasn't any sneaky fine print or charge that went unexplained. I would definitely recommend Liberty Hyundai.

I must say I'm very difficult when it comes to getting a car . I visited at least 5 times and test drove the genisis each time. My salesman Richard never once made me feel like it was a problem. Professional and courteous each and everytime . Their were even times when I went in and Richard was not there,and still the same professionalism . Once I decided to lease the car it was by far the simplest transaction . I had the car within hours. They strive on earning your business not just once but for like.

No Sales Pressure

Richard Viole is the absolute best car salesman I have ever dealt with. There was absolutely no pressure. Richard went above and beyond working with me over the phone since I live over an hour away from the dealership. The dealership is close to my son's college so we had test drove a few cars while I was visiting my son but I left Liberty Hyundai thinking I could find a better deal somewhere closer to home. What I found was all the other dealers have hidden fees. Liberty Hyundai doesn't play those games.
