I recently brought my F150 into Larsen and was greeted by Chris in the service department. After going over my concerns not only was my issue rectified it was covered by Ford . This is the reason I’ve been doing business with Larsen for over 20 years now . Family and friends that I have recommended have consistently been repeat customers also . Honest and friendly sales and service is all you can expect !

New car follow up

I purchased a new F150 and the truck is great. I had a problem with the AC that only happened a few times but not when at the dealership. The problem was found and resolved quickly. Service team did a great job.

F-150 service

I was having an issue with my hood latch on my 2017 F-150 it was not closing properly. After calling Larsen Ford service I took a ride over to have it looked at and was greeted by Chris in the service department and after looking at my vehicle he took it in immediately for the repair . I was in and out of the dealership within an hour with the vehicle completely repaired . I highly recommend Chris and Larson Ford for any of your vehicle purchases and service !

The service provided by Chris Mercer at Larson Ford was personal and professional. My problem was addressed and corrected. He he arranged a ride home, provided a ride back to the dealership for pickup, and corrected the problem. What more could you ask for. Very satisfied.

Purchased 2013 F-150 at Larson Ford new in 2013 all service done at Larson. Had vehicle serviced on August 28th 2020 oil change, front brakes & new battery to replace original one. There is never a hard sell to get work done that is not required or needed. All employees are pleasant and helpful. Any service performed is done on time and correctly.

Ford Edge service

In addition to normal service I was also getting new tires from Ford. They told me they had the tires in stock when in fact they only had 1 of them in stock. I had to come back the following day to get my other tires put on the car. Not sure how they thought they had them but really didn't have them but it was a bit annoying as I waited for an additional hour as they told me the tires were on a truck getting delivered at some time but didn't know exactly when. The tires eventually got there and I called the following morning to verify that they did in fact have the tires before I drove the 10 miles to get the work done.
