Michelle at Larson Ford made the process of ordering and purchasing a Ford Maverick super simple. I came to Larson after being given the run around by another Ford dealer (which has since been bought...karma...). I met my sales rep Michelle and she went over the ordering process and stayed in touch with me every few months until my truck finally arrived. The dealer even honored pricing from the previous year.

This is my 2nd vehicles I purchased from Larson Ford , from the 1st time I arrived at Larson Ford I was greeted by a sales personnel’s Michelle Finamore after speaking to her I feel very comfortable, she listened to what I wanted and make it happen, also when I spoke to the Business Manager Tracy Black to finalize my contract, she also listened to my request and also find me a better rate on my loan I was very impressed with the deal I received, she also went thru all the pros & cons and that make me very comfortable, so when I needed another vehicle I had to return to Larson Ford , I also received a better deal on my second vehicle, I recommend anyone looking for a good deal go to Larson Ford and see Michelle Finamore & Tracy Black .

We went back to Larson Ford because our daughter needed to replace her car that died. We were pleased to reconnect with Susan to help us again. She understood what we needed and our financial situation and immediately found a car in our price range and worked hard to get it for us. I recently purchased a Ford Maverick from Larson Ford. Michelle Finamore was my salesperson and she was incredible. I had to wait for my Maverick for over a year due to the supply shortages but throughout that time Michelle was informative and quickly responded to any and all questions I had and would highly recommend her. When the time came for my actual purchase it could not have gone smoother. This was my 7th car purchase from Larson Ford and each time it has been a positive experience which leads me to keep going back.

I began the process of looking for a difficult to find car in a difficult car market. I went to several other Ford dealers and only one, other than Larson, had the car I wanted. After going to the first dealer, I sat there patiently waiting for the news that they wanted way over sticker. They didn't disappoint and wanted $10,000 over the MSRP. I get it, it's the new normal but I don't have the desire or capacity to pay $80,000 for a $70,000 vehicle. So the search continues and I see one on the Larson website and begin a dialog via text with them. This occurs throughout a Saturday morning with me being only half interested given the expectation that it would be a huge markup. So I just address it head on and ask, "what's the markup?" The text reply was, "None....we are an MSRP dealer." I told them I'm on my way and they paired my wife and I with Susan who couldn't have been more helpful. We were familiar with the car but she took the time to make sure we truly were. After sitting in the car and looking it over we told her we'd take it. She had it moved over to prep and began the paperwork, setup the Ford Pass App and handed us off to Tracy. Tracy was great too, F&I, low pressure and to us through the paperwork quickly. Then Susan familiarized my wife with the Sync system in the Mustang Mach-E and then off we went. Hassle free, friendly and quick. What else do you want?

I did not buy a vehicle from this dealership simply because the salesmen will in my case, tell you they are there for you and will do all they can to work with you and will call you after a truck is done being serviced for several problems and call when complete only to have some come in 2 days later and completely unprofessionally set up another appointment to look at the truck without a courtesy call and take a deposit and not even again provide a call to the first person to look at it! Obviously the sales pitch was in place but unless you plan on buying that day don’t depend on any word of mouth from the salesmen. Needless to say even if they have a truck I like I will not be taking the hour plus ride each way to look at it.

I had found a particular vehicle via the internet and after an inquiry, was immediately contacted by Michelle to help with any questions or price concerns. After determining that the vehicle at Larson Ford was at the top of my list and given some acceptance of my budget and requests on the vehicle on the phone; I drove down to check it out. I was quickly approached by Karlos without the typical sales pushing and given access to the vehicle and an opportunity to test drive it. Upon returning, we sat down and quickly progressed the offer I had received when previously speaking with the manager, Michelle, and purchased the vehicle. I ran into a hassle with my insurance company but Karlos and other sales staff were very patient, straightforward, and helpful in resolving and finalizing my purchase. It is great to deal with honest, decent people in an industry that seems to be full of the opposite. As an added bonus, Larson Ford is delivering my vehicle to my house as I'm unable to pick it up. I just leased my 8th vehicle from Larson Ford which says everything about how I feel I've been treated over these past 20 years. When asked where can I get a car, many say "I've got a guy". Well, me too. I've dealt with Mark Mura for many of those 20 years and have been exceedingly satisfied. He knows what I want and just as importantly, knows what I don't want. I am no technology wiz, so Mark takes the time to explain all of the bells and whistles so that I can use the features that I am paying for more effectively. The folks at Larson are professional and personable. Paul, Rob, Tim, Tracy and the rest are always courteous and make the time and effort to thank me for my business and loyalty to Larson Ford. They have earned it!

I purchased a CPO 2013 Ford Explorer. I found the vehicle online, they told me it was still available so I went that night and pretty much was able to get the deal I was happy with quickly. I went back the next day, with my 1 year old, and they had my paperwork done, the car was clean and after an hour and a half I drove off the lot. My salesman was the nicest young guy Dylan, who I later heard got salesman of the month after my sale on 7/31, and I couldn't have been happier for him. He totally deserved it. I enjoyed my experience at Larson Ford and would highly recommend them!

Robert Barranger Jr., Larson Ford Certified Sales Consultant was terrific! He explained the differences between the 2015 Escapes and it helped me decide which one to test drive. The car has all the features I needed. Robert made the buying process much easier than I expected. He explained the cost, discounts I could receive, and the trade-in of my Ford Taurus. The entire experience was pressure free! I have purchased many other cars before at other brand car dealers and felt stressed every time because many levels of sales people come out to finalize the deal. But not at Larson Ford! Robert handled everything. Then we sat with Business Office and she explained the extra warranty, which I did purchase because it was discounted. Overall, my new 2015 Ford Escape ES is GREAT! I will certainly return to Larson Ford again to purchase more cars in the future.

2015 Ford Explorer. Service was Excellent with Woody, Donna, Tracey and Bobby. Woody is an Amazing sales agent. He was very courteous and patient with us. I was even treated nicely by the woman sitting in the window in the back by the waiting room. She offered us refreshments while we waited. There was even a sales man that didn't service us who congratulated us on our new vehicle. Everyone who we came in contact with was very welcoming. I loved the service!!
