Excellent car buying experience

I have been buying my BMWs from Flemington BMW since 1995 approximately 12 cars. I live 65 miles away from Flemington and could go to 3 local dealers but I always end up at Flemington because their honesty and integrity is second to none. Tom Terrill is by far the most knowlegable and honest person I have ever dealt with in my 22 years in buying BMWs. Everything is done right the first time and these people bend over backwards to make your buying experience as pleasurable as possible. I highly recommend Tom Terrill and the entire staff of Flemington BMW Alan Mann

I am located in Philadelphia. I was searching for a pre-owned 3 series with manual transmission. Very hard to come across right now but located one in Flemington. My first point of contact was Cindy Amin in the Internet department. She went over the vehicle with me. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for but she had another! It was perfect! She set me up with a client advisor and we did everything online and over the phone. I literally came in went over my new car signed the paperwork and left. Great experience at this dealership!

I've purchased/leased 5 series BMW's from Flemington since 2011 and Bill Hinton, our sales rep has been very helpful in making our buying experience a simple process. Bill is very knowledgeable of the new technology and being a non-techy person, showed me how to use all the electronics and set up my phone as well.

Chris Leahy - The Man

Where do I start? Well, Chris is the kind of guy who you hope to meet when you walk through the dealership doors. Chris is a CAR GUY! He just gets it! He is not only a wizard with the new technology; but also well versed with every aspect of the vehicles themselves. Chris provided me quite a bit of information that I found extremely useful. We went on tangents about countless other unrelated topics because he is very easy to talk to. I just wanted to say thank you Chris, I really appreciate the time you spent with me, and some of the great conversations we shared! He truly is "The Man"!

My new 335i!

Got my brand new 335i from BMW of Flemington. I usually hate buying cars, especially the aspect of dealing with sleezey sales people. However, Chris Leahy made the sales process smooth and transparent. In fact, he went out of his way to make sure I got the correct PA inspection at a reasonable price. Chris was recommended by I friend of mine so I'm glad I made the trip out of PA to go see him. I would recommend him for sure and will be seeing him on my next purchase. Perhaps a X3 is on the horizon.

I do not normally write reviews but thought this was very necessary due to the stellar treatment I received from Mark. Mark went above and beyond his call of duty. Not Your Routine Dealership

There are 4 BMW Dealerships very close to home. I visited all of them looking for my i8. Same old games and attempted slight of hand. I ended up driving 60 miles to Flemington where I was treated with respect, honesty, fairness and no games. From my very first contact via internet with Ralph to final sale with Bill this was a surprisingly pleasant experience. A rarity in the Automobile industry. I'll be back!

Don't Buy or Service Here

Our family has serviced and purchased from this dealer for years prior. Now that a situation has come to light and this service department can not provide services promised, the dealerships loyalty with the customer is not valued. When situations arise, this dealership to my belief, refuses service in direct violation of warranty laws when contacting for service after appointment is set the dealer tried to refuse service then backpedaled, which will be addressed in another venue now. The non compliance and defiance of service with this dealership is just unacceptable and something you would not expect from a local independent bmw franchise that casts a poor reflection of the brand itself. If you value your loyalty and want a business to stand behind there product or service, don't choice this dealership for what our family has experienced there is no loyalty with this dealership and refuse to provide services. Think twice before buying or servicing here Our family has purchased a number of BMW's from this dealership in the past but in the last 3 years this dealership has lost 2 bmw sales on top of friends for an additional 3 bmw's for the pricing was out of line. This dealership to my belief is not as competitive as other dealerships and just can't provide good price points. I highly recommend comparing this dealership to others in the same geographic region if you are thinking about purchasing a new or preowned bmw to see for yourself. There is also no brand loyalty when you have an issue or concern and they continue to ignore certain situations to my belief from what I have experienced first hand. Think twice before you buy from this dealership and watch your pricing. Shop around and you will see for yourself.

Great Buying Experience

Purchased a new 2012 BMW 3 Series from Scott Smith at Flemington BMW. I had leased a car from this dealership before so I admit a bias toward buying from them this time based on past good experience. However, like any smart internet shopper these days I checked out the competition first. After just an OK experience with OpenRoad BMW, I got a quote on the new vehicle from Freehold BMW and Flemington. Both gave quotes that were quite good, but Freehold was a bit better. Both were more than $2K better than OpenRoad. I gave Scott the # he had to match and told him I understood if he couldn't match it. He took it to his sales manager and then general manager. And they finally matched the price (to my surprise). I had to order the car as I had a pretty specific set of options I wanted. Being a new model in pretty high demand it took some time to get in. Pickup was pretty easy with a minimal amount of upsell attempted. No worse than any other and better than most. If you are looking for a new BMW in the Central NJ area, you should definitely call Flemington BMW.
