No full tank of gas on a $38,000 vehicle??

I bought a used vehicle from Diers. All employees I met were friendly, they seemed knowledgeable and I was happy until I went to get in my newly washed vehicle and the salesperson tells me they don't fill up the gas tank anymore on vehicles?? Truth be told they let me borrow the vehicle for the weekend to test drive it which I appreciated but I'll let you decide if not putting $50 worth of gas in a $38,000 vehicle is good for customer relations and encourages me to recommend Diers to friends and neighbors.

Phenomenal Customer Service

Farhod Tahirov went above and beyond in taking care of me. I was a brand new customer on the sales side, had only ever been in for service. I was wanting to do a lease buyout and Farhod treated me as if I was his most important customer, knowing he was busy with others. The communication throughout the whole process was as clear as day and he made sure I always knew what was going on. He found a solution to my self inflicted problem with no questions asked and not only that but extremely quick as it was a time sensitive issue on my part. He never once complained or made me feel like a burden, and was there to give me the best advice possible and his honest educated opinions given my situation. Mind you all of this was done via phone and email which he made extremely convenient and a breeze. With him not even knowing who I am, he treated me as if I had been a long time customer while expecting nothing in return. All I can say is I will definitely be referring all of my family and friends to this dealership, and if I ever am in the market to lease or buy I will absolutely be giving this dealership and Farhod my business again. Thank you very much for everything, it is greatly appreciated. My dad and I were completely blown away with the excellent service received.

Excellent Experience

I had a great experience at Diers Ford. I called directly and spoke with Bill Bader. Bill took his time and answered all the questions I had. I was going to be coming from several hours away so I had a lot of questions. He quickly got answers for me. Sales Manager Fred got involved since I needed them to hold the vehicle so I could come to get it the next day. I had my own financing setup so we were only there an hour, and that included a nice test drive. I definitely recommend my friends Jim and Fred over at Diers Ford for any of your car buying needs.

This place is amazing!!! The young woman that helped us buy my wife her first brand new car was awesome. She was polite, hardworking, friendly, she was not pushy, and she went above and beyond. Wow! Fantastic! Super friendly! Nice! Welcoming! Honest! Patient! William was a great person to get to know and to ultimately purchase a new car from. He made the experience relaxing and fun. He stayed late to help finish up the sale, and on a Saturday as well. The Finance Department was super friendly and helpful as well. It was a great experience and I will be happy to do all of my car purchases from Diers.

I'm very pleased with the experience with Diers Ford Lincoln. I contacted our sales person William Gibson and he confirmed the vehicle we were interested in was still available. We drove 1.5 hours to Fremont, NE and Mr. Gibson took his time showing us the vehicle and making us feel very comfortable. When it comes time to replace another vehicle we will definitely be returning to Diers.

I found a truck I had been looking for on auto trader.com and scheduled a appointment. My sales associate was Dave Lubker. It was icy out and the trucks were covered with ice and Dave put both vehicles inside where they would thaw out and I could look at them inside instead of outside which was very nice. After driving both I picked one to buy and the process was easy from there. Only dislikes were the inside of the truck could have been cleaner and the windshield has 2 rock chips on it that I didn't see until after i got the truck home. Both look like they may crack any day, especially when it gets colder out. I forgot some keys and some sunglasses and they mailed them to me with no hassles.
