World class service

Just finished 40,000 mile service on my Navigator. As always I was greeted by name . The advisor went over the work to be done and when I could expect my car to be ready. I car was done early and the advisor went over the findings of the mechanic ( my car is in good shape) and told me my car was winter ready. As always I was treated like family.

I arrived on time and was greeded shortly there after. I was asked what service I wanted and choose the one I liked. I went to the waiting area. While there I was offered a refreshing drink. An hour and half later my car was delivere and the condition of the car was explained to me. When I retreived my car I found it had not only served but washed.

There is no comparison to the service received from Dave Sinclair Lincoln in St. Peter’s. Easy scheduling, reminder notices, on-time service. It doesn’t cost any more for service at the dealer. Besides providing the inspection, oil change and tire rotation, they provided a complete vehicle evaluation. Waiting was comfortable in the showroom with a reasonable timeframe. They topped it off with a car wash! Thanks Mike!

I would have to say that this dealership had been the best dealership derive shop I’ve ever had a pleasure of doing business with. No upselling, completely professional and trustworthy. Might wait a few moments in the comfort of their lounge surround by gorgeous Lincoln new vehicles but well worth even the slightest wait which also seems to be improving.
