Dealing with Deml Ford is like dealing with the family that you like. Everyone is friendly and helpful and staff go out of their way to stop and visit and make sure your doing well. I've been dealing with Deml Ford for several years and recommend them to all my friends. The people are great, the product is great and the price is great. What more can I say.

I'm not the kind of person to do or fill out things like this, but I have been so impressed with the friendly stuff, great service at Deml Ford I felt this was well worth my time. There is not a better deal anywhere! You may find one as good, if you look long and hard but you will find no better.

Serviced wife's 2012 Fusion, which was purchased from Deml Ford two years ago. We also have a 2014 Lincoln MKZ purchased new last year from them as well.Both vehicles are serviced in their shop as was a 2012 Lincoln we owned previously. Repeat customer should be considered an endorsement of thei dealership, wouldn't you agree ? Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Makes the customer feel welcome.

Amazing place from the second you step in the door

I came in after a long time o getting taken advantage of. I was looking for a Ford Escape, so they listened to what I was going to be doing with it and actually talked me into the cheaper model. This was because they had my best intrest in mind because it got better gas milage for my 3 hour drive to drill. They did anything but look out for their best intrest. Rather they listened and made sure I got the best deal for me. Also they did not try to push any warranties on me but rather spoke the truth about them and hard facts and let me make up my own mind. This is the first time ever buying a brand new vehicle, but the next time I do I know this will be my first stop. The staff was always smiling and checking in making sure I was helped if they saw me sitting for what seemed like maybe a minute or two.

When I test drove the car, brad deml had all the information for me and was very nice and easy to talk to. He didn't bug me or harass me like some other dealers out there do. When I did eventually contact him about purchasing the car, he was very helpful in finding a time that worked for me and made it really easy and stress free on purchasing my first car.
