Worst Company EVER

onWorst customer service/Damaged my turn-in/I had to pay!" Leased a brand new car from them. They delivered to my house. Signed paperwork. Had another leased car to turn in. Driver will drive that car back. I took many pictures of my EXTREMELY MINT CONDITION car. NO SCRATCHES. NO DENTS. NO DAMAGE OF ANY KIND. MILES UNDER BY 8,000. Person drives car back to dealership and parks it in back. A week later, it gets inspected. 2 months go by and I get a invoice for about $500 in damage that is on the car. NONE BY ME. All my pictures, dated and timed stamped show ZERO DAMAGE THAT MORNING. Dealer unwilling to admit guilt or pay the consumer friendly amount due. Choose instead to wash their hands if issue claiming it was my problem. How can that be true with proof? After weeks of bantering back and forth, I have been forced to pay the amount. I requested I wanted to SEE THE REPAIRED COMPLETED CAR. "Car has already been sold" is what Ally Financial told me? Why then am I paying to fix the car, that I did not do, if the car is unavailable TO REPAIR? I know it was sold because I requested to get the car back to have it repaired for less. Money goes right in their pockets. After all this is said and done, this dealership response to $500 is that I will never use them and this dealership has caused to me to withdraw any future GM vehicles as they obviously do not care much for the customer for the measly $500 to them THAT IS NOT GOING TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE SINCE IT HAS ALREADY BEEN SOLD. Not a stand up company. Only care is to line their pockets. A terrible experience altogether. Sick of the hassles and wasted time. This is one American car company I will never again purchase from. Thank you for the slap in my face. May I have another please. ??????

Great customer service!

onI drove by the dealership and saw a truck that really interested me. I found the truck online with full details. I emailed you guys requesting to come in and check it out, and I was called next business day to schedule a time that fit around my schedule. When I went in to take a look at the truck, Kirk didn't treat me like "just another customer", he treated me like one of his close friends that he wanted to do what ever he could to make me happy and satisfied with the service he provided. From the moment I pulled in, to the moment I left, I was treated like gold. I really appreciate what you guys have going there. Customer satisfaction is very obviously the number one priority. Is it very easily said that when Kirk laid everything out on the table, including the car history, car fax, and my walk out price, he made it the smoothest it could have been. Thank you so much!

2015 Traverse Purchase

onI purchased my 2015 Traverse through Beth Cooper and she was a complete pleasure to work with. Prior to our purchase, we worked with multiple dealerships and Heidebreicht and Beth were by far the most honest and pleasureable to work with. There were no high pressure sales tactics to deal with (which by the way is so outdated), just a very genuine, knowledgeable sales person (very refreshing). Beth even went out of her way to assist me when my brand new vehicle was hit just minutes after leaving the dealership. We will definitely be back and recommend both Heidebreicht and Beth to everyone we know!

onThe only problem that I had was that the windshield washer fluid reservoir was nearly empty and would not spray when I pushed the button. I had to add nearly 1/2 bottle of new fluid b/4 it would work.

onSalesman Eric Smith did everything possible to listen to me, understood my requirements and took lots of time to locate the qualifying autos. Eric was excellent in his knowledge of all the autos shown to me and patient with my lack of knowledge and incessent questions. Eric is excellent at what he does and is an expert at multi-tasking. Other staff members, including Joe, were helpful, professional and extremely competent.

onDon L. our salesman, went out of his way to help my wife and I get into our new Silverado 1500 LT. He drove us from our home to the dealer in bad weather, allowed us to use another vehicle when we really needed and made our experience there wonderful!!! onI went into Heidebrecht based on their commerical that they build relationships with customers--do not leave you with just a sale. We found this dealership to be very personable, professional, courteous, listened. We were able to meet not only the manager but my spouse was able to meet the owner, as well. We were so content that I brought my elderly father in for a vehicle purchase, as well. They were very kind to him. The owner of the entire dealership was very sincere and asked for my husband's feedback on the vehicle post purchase. Not only do these sales people assist but they actually donate their blood! Since then, I have referred other business to them. You have a customer for life, not just a sale. Thank you guys, and especially to Dave! Also, love the chocolate chip cookies and soda. "Only Heidebrecht." Please note, I am not paid to write this, am a true and very particular consumer.
