This is not the first time we have bought a vehicle from Dave Perala. This time we bought a Blazer. All we had to do is tell Dave we wanted a Blazer and the color and he knew just what our needs were. He is a very honest salesman to deal with. He did not try to sell us something we didn't want, in fact he kept us in our price range and we got more than we thought we would get for the price we paid. When we left we were very happy with what we got in our Blazer. If you are looking for an honest salesman call Dave Perala he's the Best. Thank you Dave. In fact we sent a friend to Dave a few days later that was looking for a vehicle. Moran you have a good Salesman

2023 Silverado Purchase

The sales representative (Jeff St Peter) was great - knowledgable, courteous and answered all my questions. The administrative end of the closing was very efficient and fast. I was a bit surprised however though that the truck was not fully ready at the scheduled time even though this truck had arrived at the dealership several days prior. This did delay the process and extend the time at the dealership. Apparently the preparation team was running behind for some reason (as a minor note, a complimentary beverage would have been nice at that point). However, overall a very good experience! Thank you.

John Kelly Jr was awesome! He answered all of my questions ( and there were many) and he worked the numbers for me on several vehicles and scenarios. I loved their clean dealership and John promptly responded to calls and messages. And I feel that I got a great deal!!

Went there looking to lease a Chevy vehicle. The lobby staff seemed uninterested to help us. But that was taste of things to come. Bill Howard shows up and takes us to his cube. From the beginning I felt like either he is not really interested to help us in finding a good deal or probably he is not used to talking to people of color. When asked if we can test drive a vehicle, he told us we should talk numbers first. How can you expect us to price a vehicle we have not driven yet? When asked about the interior of the vehicle he condescendingly pointed us to some vehicles in the showroom to check them out ourselves. This is by far the worst customer 'support' I have seen in any dealership. Avoid Moran Chevrolet if you are a person of color and want to be treated with respect, at least avoid this 'salesperson'!

What's the point of a brand new car warrenty when the tires aren't covered. Nor is the paint. EVERY time I take my brand new car to the car wash and get the special "get the bugs off" it takes some paint off. WHY WOULDN'T THAT BE COVERED? YOUR PAINT COMES RIGHT OFF CHEVY? IN A CAR WASH?! I was told to my face they would "fix the paint this time" at the service department last week. They had 2 different guys talk to me at the frount and the first guy didn't explain what was covered and had no idea what was going on.. never asked what paint marks came from where.. they paid for the rental car and also checked out why it sways so bad in the wind to where Im not strong enough to keep it in my lane.. and takes turns no faster than 50-65 on the expressway.. so scared so speeder will crash into the back of me while I'm going this slow! I cry most of the time I drive it!! They called me the next day and said they werent going to fix the paint? after they said they would "this time"? Pat Moran called me and said. "it drives like a Sonic should." NOW I KNOW WHY THE ST. CLAIR CHEVY doesn't have Sonics on there lot!! Feel like I've been robbed.. Can someone pinch me to wake me up? Are these Millionaire [non-permissible content removed] that own these dealships really this crooked??!!?!?!?!? They gave me explanation why, they wouldn't help, till my step dad called and... Because There is another paint mark on the car other than where it comes off in a CAR WASH ON A BRAND NEW CAR THEY WON'T FIX IT. HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE? FIX THE DEFECT! CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT BBB AND MIKE COX(Michigans Attorney General) HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THESE [non-permissible content removed] WHO DON'T KEEP THERE WORD!!!!!!!

I did all my research and price quotes online , and then contacted Kathy and she beat the best deal on an Impala, I had on a lease by $10 per month , so I went with them . This is the second auto I have leased through them . Price is everything on a lease .

Not Interested in Selling to Women

I was in the salesroom for at least 35 minutes, sat in 4 vehicles, looked up vehicle specs in two brochures and no one even greeted me, let alone asked if they could answer any questions. I went to Buff Whelan where I was promptly greeted, test drove two cars, costed out both of them and will probably by one of them.

Different... in a good way

My wife and I just leased a Malibu from Kathy at Moran. Kathy is unlike any sales person that I've worked with before. She answered my email almost immediately, she answered all my questions and she was a lot of fun to work with. Very high energy. She found a way to get us to a payment in our price range and she never left to go talk to a manager for permission. It was definitly a unique shopping experience and I will be giving Moran and Kathy a shot the next time i'm looking for a car.

I had a great experience at moran when I purchased my car. I did everything online with my salesperson - found my car, got my pricing, financing and everything I needed online. She made it so easy for me that when I got to the dealership my car was ready and waiting for me. I normally hate car shopping, but she actually made it fun and painless. I have already told my family and will definitely tell my friends to buy their vehicles at Moran and especially with my salesperson.

I purchsed a used vehicle from Moran Chevrolet last year and I had a pleasant shopping experience. I saw the SUV that I was interested in online and when I inquired about the SUV it was still available (some other dealer's websites I had gone to were still advertising vehicles that were no longer available on their lots). It was very convenient and timely to gather the info for my purchase online before coming into the dealership as I live about 45 mins away. Once at the dealership for a test drive, the SUV was clean and ready to go. Sales personnel and finance gentleman were very nice. I still love my vehicle and will look to Moran for my next purchase or lease. Thanks Moran!!

I was in the market for a new car and was on a budget. The salesman that took care of me was Mike, and he was great. He answered all my questions, and provided me with the exact vehicle I was looking for, and had it ready for me ahead of the time he even quoted me. He also handled my trade in issues as well. Overall if you are looking for selection, and want a fair price, let them take care of you, and you won't find a need to go anywhere else.
