Stay away from Balise- they are why car dealerships have a bad name

I just purchased a new lexus- it was an easy deal no financing or trade in- but they could not have the process more difficult, time consuming or insulting. They cited requirement for transfer which were not necessary. They pressured me take time off work and rearrange my schedule only to get the car, only to be told once I was did that and there, notwithstanding representations from the sales person everything was set, that my wife needed to be there so they could see her sign, even though I had power of attorney. They created problems and the management did NOTHING to make the transaction pleasant. I felt insulted by them as they challenged our integrity. While I did buy the car, I wish I bought it from another dealership and will never use them again. Even on the day when she was available so they could see her personally sign 2 forms- they process took close to 3 hours- Stay away from Balise!!!! They make promises but do not keep their word and insult you in the process. So much for taking care of the customer- they just want the sale- I expected more from a lexus dealership.

Just puchased a 2002 ES300 low miles. extreamley clean, could not be any closer to new. The salesman, Mark, very knowlegable, relaxed, not pushy, informative. All the staff are very open, polite. Unexpectedly pleasent experience buying a used car.
