My car was recently serviced for a recall and Commonwealth Volkswagen complete the service much quicker than I expected. Their customer service was professional and efficient. I am very pleased and would recommend Commonweath VW to others!

I always have the same customer service rep, I believe her name is Stacy, and she is just wonderful as are all the staff. Great system to get the cars lined up and ready to go in. Always have prompt and excellent service. Also a wonderful and clean waiting area.

Excellent customer service. A shuttle service was available while my vehicle was being serviced, and the waiting area had fresh coffee, cookies and a movie was always playing.
