Terrible service at Diamond Chev

I scheduled an appointment for my truck and earliest they had was about 2 weeks out in future. I scheduled it and brought my truck in the day before and dropped it off. Diamond contacted me the day of the appointment and asked what the issues were. I gave them my thoughts. I called to check on progress towards the end of the day of the appointment (mon) and they said they had not gotten to my truck. I was frustrated because the service person was very unapologetic and very matter of fact. He said it looks like they would not be able to get to it until maybe next day. Well next day comes and goes and still nothing. On the third day I had to call them again in the am and the service guy was like we are just getting to it now and would have answer within 20mins. I called them to check on progress about mid day and the service person reported a problem that was not related to the issue it went in for. I am very disappointed in Diamond for the following reasons 1) not sure why I made an appointment if they did not even look at it for 2 additional days. 2) the service advisor was so non apologetic/sympathetic and really could not care less about the customer. 3) the recommendations did not seem to have anything to do with the issue 4) when I asked what the recommended part did the service advisor said he did not know 5) The service advisor basically hung up the phone while I was still asking questions. This is really disappointing, it was so bad I could not even give them 1 star. In the past the service advisor were great helpful and sympathetic when things went wrong. This guy did not care at all. Diamond you have some real work ahead of you to win me back as a customer!!!!

Rotor Scam

Outstanding experience. The facility is set-up to make the customer comfortable. A detailed description of my concerns and then several reports of progress as work progressed gave me confidence and climaxed with good results.

pleasant experience

The work was completed in less time than predicted. The lounge area is pleasant and comfortable. The cafe may not be haute cuisine, but the food is hot and the service is fast and at a reasonable price.

Seamless Experience

As much as I felt the purchase was relaxed and no hassles, service here was seamless. From scheduling to pick up, I had to put no effort into the process. I dropped it off the night before and waited for the phone call the next day.

I was only there for a recall visit on my daughters car. I was so thankful that no one came with a long and expensive list of things I should have done to the car. (this has happened at another dealer). Crystal was very helpful and friendly.

Larry and the woman (forgot her name) who worked in service got me right in to get my tire replaced. It had to be ordered but she got it in for me that day. Great service and she was so nice about it! Great customer service is always important to me.

Coffee

As petty as it sounds the only thing I found wrong was that you did not have complimetary coffee in waiting area although my service was a recall and I was not charged it would go a long way to being a repete customer in the future if people did get free coffee while usually spending money on service

Ihave bought all of my most recent vehicles from Burt Curtin and Brian Bertrand is an outstanding service manager. Both Brian and Burt know the value of working with the customer to get any issues resolved. That builds my loyalty to Diamond as well since no one has all the answers but, the ability to work with me as a customer instills confidence that I've made a good choice.
