Carl at Heritage is a keeper for sure. He contacted me prior to the appointment to discuss a concern and followed up. He greeted me at dealership and kept me informed throughout the time I was there. They honored my coupons and didn't keep me in there all day on a Saturday.

I am very happy with my new car and the attention I was given throughout my whole car buying experience! Staff is very attentive, and friendly as soon as you walk in to the dealership. Gabe was very helpful and honest, and he made sure he had done everything possible to get us the best deal on my car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Gabe to my friends and anyone interested in buying a new car!

I just bought the vehicle and found some scratches. They fixed it free. My girlfriend hit a rock so I bought a bottle of touch up and they also did that. Very happy!

Pretty good

Overall, service center was good. The staff was pretty friendly and the waiting room was nice. Prices are a bit high, but that is OK. Not much parking at the dealership. (dealership is on the small side) Overall, an OK dealership to have your Mazda serviced.

The department was small but the staff was friendly and helpful. Honest appraisal of cost and solid repair received from service department. Would strongly recommend this shop for Mazda repair in the 21093 neighborhood.
