I can honest say that Herb Hardy is the only salesman that I have bought more than one vehicle from. The reason, Herb goes out of his way to make sure that you are getting the vehicle you want as well as at the price you want. He is a straight shooter, open and honest. Never once have I felt pressure by Herb to make a deal that I didn't want. He understand that if you treat people right and you make the buying experience less stressful, you'll more than likely earn a repeat customer. This is my fourth vehicle from Herb and the Fitz Team and each time there has never been any issues. Herb, Thank You for the fantastic experience once again!

Went in to look at a Jeep with my trade-in Herbert Hardy asked if he could me Help me I stated that i was there to look at the blue 2016 Jeep Rubicon I saw on-line. Herb said sure let me get the keys. So couple hours later I'm driving out in a new Jeep that I just adore. Herbert was so helpful that I felt like I was talking with an old fiend of many years.

Robert Smith is the best of the best when it comes to making a car buying experience top notch! He was helpful and no pressure. He was honest about his knowledge of his product and found the right answer to any question if he didn't know it. I appreciated his kindness and respected his straight forward approach. He was extremely helpful in assuring that we were completely happy with our purchase. Dwayne in finance was sharp and knew how to close our purchase in a expedious manner but never made us feel rushed and would stop and completely explain anything we were unclear about. Can't say enough about how great it was!❤️

Best Price + Awesome Customer Service

I had been searching locally in Charlottesville for a 2017 Jeep Rubicon. My local dealer (Brown) did not want was not interested in moving off their price so I extended my search. Within 15 minutes, I found my Jeep at Fitzgerald. It was more Jeep at a significantly better price than Brown. After 1 phone call and a series of email exchanges, we had an agreement and financing completed. Then I was shocked to hear the dealer was willing to drive the Jeep 3 hours to my house. The whole transaction from my first email to signing the papers took less than 2 hours. Everyone I dealt with from Fitzgerald was top notch! Ask for Amii and Bill.

Amii Ridgell is amazing! We found a Jeep we loved on the website, and within hours it was ours! Beginning with Amii, we had very personal service throughout the entire process. 2016 Ram 1500

Bought a Certified pre-owned Ram 1500 from the Southern Maryland location at a good price. I noticed some dents on the tailgate after the sale. They had a body shop repair the tailgate in 2 days at no charge to me, and gave me a loaner car. The tailgate looks brand new. Thanks Amii, and both Bills!

Excellent Buying Experience

We recently purchased a new vehicle from Fitzgerald (our 2nd Fitzgerald purchase but not at the same location). I really wanted to shop local to support the businesses in our area, however, I was not willing to pay a premium to do so. We worked with Herb Hardy and he was excellent - although they didn't have the exact vehicle we wanted in stock, he located it the same day and we bought the car without the game-playing that all of the dealers in the area (DARCARS/Criswell) were playing with their 'discounts' factored in prices quoted which they knew a very small % of the population would qualify and the hidden add-ons. Because of this, I would highly recommend this dealer and especially Mr. Hardy in sales.

In the market for the Hellcat and disillusioned by the fact that dealers are adding a mark-up. Fitzgerald Park Chrysler Dodge does not mark-up the Hellcat. Met with Sales Associate Amii Ridgell and Manager Bill, who processed my order. A truly pleasant buying experience, I eagerly await the arrival of my Hellcat.

For starters, I'd like to mention that I'm the kind of guy that will make any major purchase without knowing as much as I possibly can. With that said I knew about the nearly spotless reviews of Fitzgerald LP, and they've earned every star they've gotten. I even gave other dealerships a chance from as far away as D.C. and there is a reason most are 3 stars or lower. Just come straight here and you won't be disappointed, feel like you've been swindled or tricked, but you will definitely have a smile on your face. I spoke specifically to Herb Hardy, although the other salesmen/sales women were very accommodating and I've had a good friend but from Steve with a similar experience. This is a top notch establishment.

Rob W was fantastic to work with from start to finish- we found the car online and we live about an hour and a half from the dealer. Rob negotiated everything for us, even including an off site appraisal on our trade in. He matched an existing offer that we had on it and delivered the car to a Montgomery County Fitzmall dealership so that we could avoid the trip to Southern MD. He was professional, and really responsive, throughout the transaction- Loved Rob and loved Fitzmall!
