Primarilly, I communicated with Mike Fiore. Everything Mike said was exactly as he said it, not exagerated. That was very refreshing. Our initial internet experience was also good. The first car that caught my eye when I searched was from Anderson Honda and over the next couple of days, I kept going back to it. That ended up being the truck we purchased. Even our interaction with the finance person, Izzy Gayles, was very positive. Usually at that point, I feel a lot of pressure financially but Izzy's trustworthiness put me at ease and allowed me to make better financial decisions.

It was very pleasant to walk in and greet the receptionist and then have Jim Kelly walk up to ask how he could help us. From there, Jim went over our questions and answered them to the point and straight forward. We greatly appreciate all of Jim's help so I could buy the Honda Pilot I wanted! Thank you!

Everyone at Anderson Honda treats all who walk in with kindness and respect. I purchased my first car from here and they were incredibly helpful and patient, they did not try to pressure me in to any unnecessary additions (unlike many other car lots). I come here for service as well, and as long as I’m in the area I’ll be going to Anderson for service + recommending it to everyone I know. all of the various stages were well prepaired for each section. the sales rep Jeff was very laid back and was fine with me taking a long test drive-where I wanted to go; not a short preplaned route. He worked out several problems I had and made a usually hard experience much better.
