Purchased a new Hybrid CR-V recently from Ourisman Honda and the whole experience was pleasurable. Julian my sales rep worked diligently through the whole process and kept in constant contact from start to finish... even answering texts on his off day! Julian also understood my unique situation and explained it thoughtfully to the management team to where we were able to come to a very equitable agreement and get me the car I wanted. Lastly, he even picked up my trade from my home and took it back to the dealership, saving me the extra trip and from the downtown Bethesda rush hour hassle at 4:30 pm... great customer service!!

I have been in the Honda family for approximately 20 years (a civc and 2 pilots); and I recently purchased my 4th Honda (HR-v) at Ourisman Honda in Bethesda. As a recent DMV transplant from NY. I moved here for work and with only 6 weeks of DMV living under my belt, I knew I would trade in my darling Honda Pilot eventually but the stars aligned and eventually was Xmas week 2019. I visited this dealership 2x. Johnathan Reyes the nicest salesperson ever initially helped me. I was there to look/window shop and to get a diagnostic on my current vehicle. I wasn't in the market for an new car but Johnathan took such good care of me that when I found the pre-owned car I wanted, I went back to speak to him. At the time, I arrived (unexpectedly), Johnathan was giving another customer stellar service; so I was introduced to Remoe Doherty. Remoe greeted me at the door and from that moment Remoe was sure to listen and understand my situation (just moved). He showed me the car, took me for a test drive and then proceeded to walk me through the process of potentially making this car mine. Enter Carmen Wells, who made sure that the paperwork and numbers made sense for this new DMV transplant; as I got settled. Without this final step, I was ready to walk out the dealership without a car. Moving costs a lot of money and Carmen closed the deal. THE POINT: Johnathan, Remoe and Carmen where the dream team that made my first major purchase in DMV such a pleasure. I purchased my first 3 Hondas from the same salesperson in NY because the customer service was awesome and now that I am in this area, I will surely be back to these professionals when it is time to buy my next. HI This my second purchase from this dealership. Its because of the outstanding professional and courteous behavior of sales lady LAURA, she has been so polite courteous and realizing the need of customer its unbelievable. We bought TWO HONDA 2019 TOURING from her its been amazing experience both the deals went through all because of her and ofcource the sales manager and finance manager who finalize the paperwork very reasonable numbers . I greatly appreciate the over all staff for their professional and courteous behavior and in the end especial thanks to LAURA who made us to buy both cars from her .

very bad experience after I want to buy a warranty extension from the dealer. There are several option on the deductible but the person just ask me pay on phone and said this is the last day last price. and give me a a deductible by himself what I never know there are option and I suppose there is no deductible. Then I ask the refund, you will found it is the bad service that they never give you full refund once you paid. They told me they will charge me $50 but in fact they charge me $122. This experience just like I was cheated. I only want to say it is too stupid to buy any warranty extension from honda ourisman.

Unbelievable. I drove 3 1/2 hours in the snow because after 13 emails, they made me a deal. When I got there, I waited 1 hour after they claimed they knew who I was and what I wanted. During that time, they had my car appraised while I test drove the one I wanted. Finally, they came to me and asked me where I wanted to be financially with the car. I told them I had a deal already with the person that I told them about when I came in. Long story short, two people came to me with a below kbb value on my car and a deal $3500 more than what I was promised! Then he came back and blamed the director of whatever that made the deal. Then he blamed their systems. Huh? Then he came up with 3 other excuses before I asked for my keys back and I walked out. I had very little time left to go to two other dealers that I had deals with. I bought a car from another dealer in fairfax that didn't lie. Later today, the gm called me to try to make the deal again! I told him what happened and he still had the nerve to say, "Well, I hope we can earn your business in the future and that you'll think us for for your next purchase". Are you kidding? I will... and I have told everyone I've met and my family!

I had such a wonderful shopping experience working with Ray Turner! His prices were extremely fair and competitive, but more importantly (to me) he was kind, knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain things to me so that I felt comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process--especially since I was shopping alone! I ended up getting even more than I wanted out of my new Honda Accord and with Ourisman's great service discounts I'll plan to be keep going there! ReMoe was the best car saleman, made my first car buying experience unforgetful and hassle free. He was very helpful and worked woth me so i can get my dream car. I traveled an hour away and the service was excellant, this was my second option after being dissapointed at the first dealership which gave me a hard time. Remoe made sure I got what i wanted. I recently purchased a used 2014 Odyssey from Ourisman Honda. I was so pleased with the service I received. Remoe Doherty was very helpful and patient and took the time to answer all of my questions about the vehicle and he also explained everything about the odyssey. He accompanied me on a test drive. I am very frustrated with the fact, that I bought a vehicle (from Honda Bethesda) over my budget and I feel mistreated (the sales associate literally lied to me about the OTD price for sure). I am really disappointed with the customer service at Bethesda Honda. I bought a vehicle from Bethesda Honda on 9/3/2018, and I still have not gotten my spare key, nor did I get any follow-up until I had to rage about it after 3 weeks. Also, this was not my first time even reminding them of the spare key. Secondly, where are my vehicle registration and tag??? I cannot get a parking sticker from my apartment unless I give them a copy of my actual vehicle registration... I've been using a temporary parking pass for the past month, and my car got TOWED LAST SATURDAY. The reason was that the apartment officer wrote the wrong date on the temporary parking pass. BUT IF I HAD THE VEHICLE REGISTRATION IN THE BEGINNING, this would have not happened. I still don't have both tags and the registration. Also, I did not feel appreciated after the fact I bought the car from your manager. I love the vehicle but I really do not appreciate the business I had with your location. I plan to contact the headquarter how dissatisfying customer services I felt with your location. I plan to file a negligence claim against their location.

So I purchased a vehicle from Ourisman in Bethesda this past Saturday. My sales representative Gerald was pleasant, so no complains about him....The FINACE Manager (Omar) on the other hand tried to play me for a foul! So I have been in the banking field for over 15 years, I currently work as a Lender Underwriter so I already know the in's/out's when it comes to purchasing a vehicle or applying for any loans. This past Saturday I went to Ourisman of Bethesda with my husband and my 1 year old daughter. My husband was looking to trade in his vehicle and purchase a new one. WE already had a check from NAVY Federal Credit Union because they were going to do our financing. After the trade-in evaluation was done and we agreed on a price for the vehicle I was then referred to the finance manager. As soon as I saw him, the first thing I told him was that I already have my own financing and I had my check with me to pay for the car. we went back and forward for about an hour because he insisted that my husband and myself had to have our credit pulled because they needed to "Verify my identity". I then ask him if it was because of the Patriot Act, He says yes....Insist that every dealer has to pull credit and when I told him that I had just purchased a vehicle from College Park Honda and they didn't pull my credit he then says to me "Well, you know they could have pulled it without even asking for your social security number, right"....My reply to him was "Ok, well then that means you don't need my social"! After going back and forward, my 1 year old crying because she was tiered, me needing to get out of that dealer because I had other things to do and my husband insisting that he wanted that particular car (we couldn't find the color he waned at any other dealer) I finally just gave in and signed the form to have my credit pulled. About 10 minutes later Omar comes back, offers me a rate and AGAIN I told him that I was not financing with Honda. At this point I'm even questioning MYSELF because I didn't understand....maybe the laws changed and I wasn't aware or something like that because I just knew that a dealer didn't need your social security number or to pull credit just to sell you a car. So of course, when I get back to work, I go to my SVP and ask him "Are dealers now required to pull your credit to sell you a car"....And to my surprise, HE SAYS NO! I then did a little more digging and did my research online and again, THE ANSWER IS NO!!! I would like to have this inquire REMOVED from me and my husbands credit report!!! I actually just got off the phone with some "Sales Manager" who INSISTED that he was the "Spokes Person" for the Owner and that I could not speak to the owner and says that the whole "credit pull" was HIS POLICY! I'M PISSED AND AM REQUESTING THE INQUIRES BE REMOVED ASAP! If you are reading this, please note that there is no reason for a dealer to pull your credit unless you are financing with them! I trade my cars in every 3 years and have NEVER had my credit pulled from a dealer if am not financing with them! I've never even had to give them my Social security number. Last year, I purchased a vehicle from College Park Honda and as soon as I told them I had my own financing they said OK, and moved on with the sale! I've also purchased from Toyota of Bowie, CarMax and Mercedes of Silver Spring!! this [non-permissible content removed] was the only one that came to me with this BS!! And believe me that had it not been because my husband was SO stuck on the car being black-on-black and that there were no nearby dealers that had the vehicle he wanted in the color he wanted, I would have WALKED RIGHT OUT THAT DEALER!!!

Excellent experience. I went there an met with "Deyber", he was very professional. Answered all my questions, I did not feel rushed at all. He showed me what vehicle would be with in my budget, what vehicle matched my needs and walked me through he entire process. He is by far one of the most dedicated car sales person I have ever met. My husband and I had an exceptionally positive experience with David Monash recently when we were in the process of replacing our 2006 Honda Pilot. We had test driven another vehicle from another dealership and upon our arrival we were put in touch with David Monash. He was friendly, straight forward, knowledgeable and expert in explaining the features on the 2018 Pilot rode in and the 2017 Pilot we ended up purchasing. Our test driving experience was informative and exciting as we tested the safety features on the highway. The negotiation process was well managed and although we were at the dealership late, we were not rushed. We also had a few features added to the vehicle so that it would require pick up at a later date. David offered to personally deliver the car to us rather than us go to pick it up. It was a level of customer service we greatly appreciated as our weekday schedules are frenetic. Upon delivery of the vehicle David had the patience to show me, and our excited children, all the features our new car had. I would absolutely recommend David Monash to any of my friends and family.

I mostly worked with Deyber Mendez when I was buying a 2018 CRV this past December. He was friendly, patient and always available when I needed something. I went back several times because I am not an impulse buyer. I need to research and talk through things, and he was patient and not pushy throughout the process. He even stayed late a few times when needed. Same goes for other staff I worked with intermittently, all prompt and courteous. You would think friendly and good service would be a given when someone is trying to sell you something, but I find good service is extremely lacking a lot these days - but not here. I have not needed service yet, but I also chose this location because I heard from friends that the service here is great too. All in all, a great experience, and Deyber was great to work with.
