Our decision to buy a car at MacDonald Motors was based on a referral from one of my wife's relatives who was a former buyer from this dealership. Our experience was very good. No hassle or haggling by a sales person. Very upfront with our questions on price and financing. Very friendly staff to work with. I would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family and would definitely work with them again for any future purchases I may make.

Hi. My wife and I had the best experience buying a vehicle we've ever had at a dealership. I found a truck on line at Macdonald Motors ,sent an email and Travis responded a few minutes later. We went up that afternoon to try out the truck. We wanted to buy it. WE were approved at are local CU in Lewiston, but travis and Dan asked if they could find a better deal for us, we were very up front about our credit not being the best,we didn't want them to do anything for nothing . They never batted an eye ,never made us feel bad like some dealers tried to do. They just said lets try,and try they did. They beat our CU percent but quite a bit. Needless to say we were thrilled , we drove home with the truck,a 2006 dodge ram. The price was what we were looking for. It all went great and NO PRESSURE. We are are both very with our experience . I was very happy with my experience at macdonald motors. I owed on one vehicle and it had high miles and kept breaking down. My salesman was able to get me into a new vehicle, gave me a fair value for.my trade and even though i had to add my old vehicle balance to the new vehicle loan i got a much lower interest rate.

Chrysler 300 S purchase

last week I bought my new Chrysler 300s from macdonald motors - it was my first experience with this dealership and it was a pleasure to work with everyone there - I found the car on line, and they couldn't have been nicer on the phone and invited me up to drive it - even taking it out of the showroom ahead of my arrrival. Even though it was over an hour away, it was well worth the trip! They gave me an excellent tradein and I feel I got a great deal on the new car. All in all, it was a very good experience.

Two days ago I picked up my new Wrangler at MacDonald Motors in Bridgton ME. I couldn't be happier with the buying experience. I've always hated buying new cars and dealing with salesmen, this time it was almost fun. The salesman, Tim M., was good to deal with and I felt no pressure at all. He took the time to run different numbers so I could get within the payment range that I wanted. My Jeep was special ordered and only took three weeks to come in. Thanks MacDonalds !!

We have purchased six vehicles from Macdonald Motors, some for us, some for our daughter. Every time we have called or visited the location the sales and service staff know who we are, are glad to see us and take care of our sales or service needs. They are tops in all they do. Any time we've needed help they are right there to support us, know what they can do to help, and do it well and fast. They also know what type of vehicle we are interested in and use our time and theirs to quickly accomplish whatever needs to be done.

Found an available auto at this dealership online. Negotiated lowest price online. The salesman was excellent: absolutely no pressure. Drove two hours to the dealership to try the vehicle and was very satisfied. The whole process was very easy. Drove away with the vehicle the same day. Abvsolutely no hassles. The Big No Hassle

This is the second vehicle we purchased from this dealership and I must say we will come back. There is NO pressure and and it's great to take a vehicle for a test drive with no salesman in the back seat. We asked if there were dirt roads to test the Jeep on and they gave me the name of a local street that would fit the bill. The road did fit the bill and as we got near the end of the road it was all mud... We brought the jeep back covered with mud and the salesman laughed and said "How was it?" It was the test ride that sold the vehicle. Thanks for a flawless new vehicle purchase.

What a pleasure to buy a vehicle without pressure. While having my wife's car serviced the service manager suggested a test ride in the new Chrysler 300c. We were going to wait for the service any way so we decided to take the ride. After retiring to the dealership we were asked if the car met our expectations, we said yes. We then were asked if we had any questions, which we did. After answering them we were given a quote and brought our trade in for appraisal. We did and were given a price quote which we felt was good but we did not decide to buy at this time. We recieved a follow up call three days later to see if they could offer an incentive to purchase the car. They offered an incentive which we could not resist but at no time were we pressured. Great dealership.

I found Macdonald motor during an online search after we got turned down for an auto loan because I didnt have enough time behind my first job. My second I had been at for well over four years. I online applied for a car loan through macdonald motor and got approved the next day. I had a wonderful sales person and he was with us for two months or so before we found a car we liked. We went down with a car in mind (over 3 hr round trip) and he put us into a better and cheaper car. I recommend everyone and tell them to not worry about the drive, it beautiful and worth it!

I can't say enough about Macdonald Motors this is a great dealership I travel over 3 hours just because of the great customer service and loyalty. how may people can say they have the pleasure of the owner of the company go over every transaction with you. every employee at Macdonald Motors is just so nice and pleasant and they make every transaction go so smooth. they are the best in my opinion, I have purchased at other dealers and I have never had service like I get here, they treat you like family, its just incredible. we have purchased over 4 dodge vehicles new and used and will continue my trade/upgrade with this business as long as they are open, I have found all my vehicles on their web site and I have always been happy with the results.
