He goes out of his way to help us get any and all rebates,etc. Even after purchasing the vehicles, he is available by phone/person for any questions or problems. I was very happy to deal with Richie Ross at your Bangor location. He was energetic, fun, factual and sincere. I told him the few "wants" I had in a vehicle, and my desired budget and he presented me with options to test drive and discuss. He never paraded a vehicle in my face that was not feasible and I very much appreciated that. We spent the entire morning test driving and discussing vehicles and not once did I sense any sort of impatience from him. He understood this was a big decision for us and not one to take lightly or to rush. Thanks Richie!

Loyde Fredrick was the salesman that handled the sale/lease of the current vehicle my husband and I currently have. He did everything in a very acceptable amount of time and we drove off the lot in our newly leased Chevy!! We will continue to do business with Quirk in Bangor Maine. So far in the last 8 years we have purchased 6 vehicles at Quirk, and this is our first lease. Quirk has always been fair, fast, and true. Lloyd was great, but the process takes too long. Dealing with someone pricing your trade-in and going back and forth took too much time and we almost walked out. You need to stream line this better and folks don't have half a day to waist.
