I had a great experience purchasing my third vehicle from Cap Nissan. I was able to test drive numerous vehicles, and I found a great Altima that was perfect for me. I will be buying from them again!

I was pre-approved for a vehicle and was told in the beginning my down payment would be sufficient. After they ran our credit through 5 banks, we were asked to come up with more of a down payment. When I told them this was all I had, they asked me if I had anything to sell them of value. Such as: Wii, Play Station, Lawn mower, Batting equipment, etc. What kind of business is this? I thought this was a reputable car lot and I have salesmen asking me to pawn or sell my belongings for more of a down payment. I don't need a car that bad and there are plenty of car lots around who will be more respectful to their potential clients. Red flag for me and I will not ever go there for a vehicle.

this is a tremendous dealership to work wiht. The sales rep, Paul, was great towo work with. Answered and and all questions, let us decide on the car or a car, and worked quickly to get us approved. This dealership will be my choice to buy from in the cuture and I will use only Paul, the sales rep. Defintely recommend them!!!!
