Thank you Steve Wullenweber for your time in helping us with our Colorado. Enjoyed our time chatting about the old cars. My wife just loves the mid sized Colorado. She was used to Silverado’s, Sierra’s and Avalanche’s over the years. I do wish I would not have looked at the truck in the rain as I have now found multiple dents and scratches( lesson learned) now that I have cleaned up the vehicle. My experience at the Hirlinger Chevrolet pre-owned vehicle lot was nothing short of outstanding. Amidst a cross-country move from California to Michigan, finding a car was a top priority. Despite the geographical challenges, the Hirlinger Chevrolet team made the entire process a breeze. Alan stood out by going the extra mile; coordinating with my pre-sale auto inspector on his day off, ensuring me that they'll be able to hold the car until I'm able to get there in person, and resolving some of the minor issues I had with the vehicle. This not only expedited the transaction but also boosted my confidence in the vehicle I was eyeing. Kent and Darin also played a crucial role, swiftly handling all the necessary paperwork and coordination. They didn't stop there, though. Recognizing my financial situation, they pulled out all the stops to ensure I could leave the lot with the car I truly wanted without any shady financial trickery. I had the most wonderful experience purchasing a used car from Hirlinger Chevrolet in Harrison. Their vehicles look brand-new, with great prices, and even have a lifetime warranty, which is huge! Steve W. was my salesman, and he was fantastic: very patient, kind, and gave me as much space and time to look without any pressure, which is much appreciated. He was on the ball showing me things about the vehicle, even noticing from a distance I didn't think the rear seats folded all the way down, and kindly came over to show me how. Steve made the trade-in, financing, and purchase process feel simple and worry-free, answering all my questions along the way. Be sure to ask for him when you get there, he'll take care of you. Hirlinger even washed my new car, and filled up the tank before I drove it off the lot! Everyone there was very friendly and helpful, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience---I highly recommend!

First thing we noticed were the low prices on great quality vehicles with low miles. Second there was no pressure into buying; we used their website to find what we were looking for and it took about 20minutes, if that, when we were out the door. Lastly, great customer service from Darin! Thank you, again!

Darin was a courteous salesman. Not pushy like some can be. He pointed us in the direction we needed and let us look around without hovering. He made purchasing our Jeep an easy transaction. Was sure to fill the tank before we drove off the lot. I'll go out of my way to make him our "car guy" for any future purchases.
