Fieldhouse CDJR is just far enough out of "the region" to not play games or gouge you with silly fees! Plus, they literally show you what $ they have in the vehicle, and what their profit margin is, CRAZY! Sales associate Dennis Roak led us through the process and answered all my questions without hesitation. Well worth the trip if you aren't local!

I had looked at the car online, Neil had called me that morning and set everything up before I got there. I test drove my car, signed my papers and drove away. It was extremely easy, and I loved that he had a total price for me when I walked in and it never changed.

I will start by saying I Have purchased many vehicles in the past and many vehicles being an understatement. Neil marek of Fieldhouse Dodge Represents the fieldhouse and Ram name well. The sales professionals can Honestly, make the car buying experience painless. Quick and easy. No one likes spending hours in a dealership. If you want a true professional sales team. I would recommend fieldhouse. I called Neil 30min before they closed on the Eve of a holiday told him I was interested in a 23 Ram power wagon. I arrived He greeted me handed keys. The truck was pulled up under the car port ready for test drive. Neil stated take as long as you like more then a few times. We The 23 power wagon. Fieldhouse is definitely an outstanding dealership no disappointments.

We usually put buying a new vehicle up there with going to the dentist. However, this time we were so pleasantly surprised from the very first contact. Dennis Roak Sr. was an amazing sales person! No pressure, very kind, very understanding, always communicating in a timely fashion. He made the entire experience - including our "waiting period" for our personal finances to clear, so awesome. We will definitely be back to buy our next vehicle. Although we don't know Dennis personally, it definitely felt like a friend handling our transaction for us.

My family and I traveled 70 miles from Illinois to purchase a vehicle here. From the very beginning I knew they would be amazing, we have purchased numerous vehicles throughout Illinois but have never received the type of great service we received here. They made this entire transaction a smooth as possible. I’m be sat in dealerships for hours filing out paperwork going back and forth with the sales team not here I was in and out in under 2 hours and that was only because my kids found some very nice children to play with so we hung out for a bit longer. I would hands down recommend this dealership. Their service is 10/10 I know we will travel back again when it’s time purchase another vehicle.

We have been pricing cars and had some mixed feelings at Carmax. We went to Neil at FieldHouse Chrysler and we’re treated like friends not just customers. He didnt come on strong and didn’t pressure us. He listened to what we wanted and bent over backwards to help us. We only dealt with him through the entire process. It was an amazing experience. I was working with Dave and he knew the business. I shared my concerns about the purchase and he helped ease my mind by being friendly, open, and explaining everything in detail. The GM, Tim, was also pleasant and friendly. The dealership was clean, had several vehicles to choose from, and I never felt like I was just a "sale". I felt welcomed. I do not have a negative comment. It was a wonderful experience.
