Purchased a 2004 Honda Civic from Woodfield Lexus. I was purchasing out of state in Wisconsin. They allowed me to test drive it upon arrival & inspect the vehicle without the salesperson present so there was no pressure. Told the salesperson I would purchase it & that process was done in an hour.

My recent purchase experience

I recently purchased a 2024 vehicle from Woodfield Lexus. This would be my first new automobile purchase since 2017. I am happy to report that my interaction with the salesman was excellent and I would gladly give Eugene Merlin 5 gold stars. However when we agreed to purchase the car, I came away with a receipt for the deposit but nothing that indicated what I was purchasing. I was disappointed that there was no product literature for the vehicle we were supposedly purchasing. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our interaction with the staff at Woodfield Lexus, especially Eugene Merlin.

I was a little hesitant to drive out to Woodfield Lexus from Chicago at first but once there & greeted at the door, the Customer Service is like none other. My salesman, Randy Josefik was professional, witty, informative, patient and there was no pressure at all. During my time there everyone including the manager Robert, saw to it that all my needs were met. No surprise, I left out of there with a new vehicle, so glad I made the trip there!

I helped my parents purchase a 2023 Lexus NX 350 Premium AWD from Eugene. Eugene was wonderful during the entire process and handled my parents well. I wish the purchase time was expedited. My parents and I spent over 2 hours when in my opinion, it should have taken half this time.

My salesperson Marty Whitney stuck with it to overcome all the electrical glitches with paperwork, and credit bureau not showing up electronically yo the dealership. The deal was done like a remote out of state transaction, because I am currently not able to leave my house due to recent knee surgery. My sales person got it done through a lot of stick-to-it-ness.
