The selling process on my Mercedes was easy. What impressed me most was Taylor, the person who explained all of the technology on the car (and there’s more than I could imagine). He was through, patient, easy to understand, and made the whole experience more enjoyable.

Great car buying experience!

My salesperson (Paul) and the staff were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The transaction was the easiest car-buying experience ever. I was in town on business and had little time to waste. They met me halfway through the process, and I was good to go. You'll want to talk to these guys if you are in the market for a Mercedes.

Mostly a good experience.

We were there on the last day of the year for buying a car. They were very busy! Because they were so busy we had to wait several hours to complete the sale. I took away one star for that but understand that it was not all their fault. They were just swamped with buyers.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever

Our purchase of a 2022 S-500 4matic at Mercedes Benz of St. Charles was the best car buying experience I've ever had in over 30 years of buying cars. Andrew Sofiakis, our sales consultant, worked with us in a no-pressure way. Gene Woods, the finance manager, was thorough, fair, and honest (he found an error in our favor in the initial capitalized cost calculation). Taylor Rogers, the product concierge, knows the S-500 through and through and spent nearly 2 hours patiently walking us through all the S-500's features. I would rate this 10 stars if I could.

By far St Charles Mercedes afforded the best purchase experience I have ever had, period! I have dealt with their direct Benz competitors and other Luxury brands over 35 years. I can't say enough great things about our sales person Carol and Taylor their concierge who conducted an extensive training session. (My wife wanted to adopt Taylor). It's really nice to see employee longevity that like what they do vs a turn style operation. It it indicative of superior management and it definitely shows. FYI I rarely respond to surveys, but these folks deserve kudos! I'm looking forward to using their service department.
