The sales associate and the sales manager were extremely patient with me and an awesome team to work with. They did not force me into a vehicle. They allowed me to choose my options carefully. My creit report was carefully explained to me and they stayed within my budget. Sunny Phetthongsy and Kino Phettongsy were a #1 for Gerald Nissan of Aurora. I will continue to buy from these team members.

The 3 day buying experience

Was able to connect with Dan online, get price negotiations started and then hadn’t trade-in evaluated at my home. This all took place prior to stepping foot in the door at the dealership. It was car buying on my time, which was fantastic! Kino was also instrumental in getting this deal done. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. Great car buying experience that was over a 3 day period with 90% taking place online or over the phone.
