I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Brian Balinski at the Audi dealership, and I must say, his level of customer service exceeded all expectations. Despite the dealership being busy, he made me feel like I was his top priority. Brian's knowledge of Audi vehicles was truly impressive. He patiently listened to my questions and concerns, providing thorough and informative answers. It was evident that he was not only passionate about the brand but also dedicated to ensuring customers like myself make informed decisions. I don’t normally write lengthy reviews, but wanted to share this only because of the terrific experience I recently had at the Audi Exchange with John Ziebarth. Spent several weeks exploring and researching a number of options (new/used/buy/lease), makes (Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, Lexus) and models before deciding. Ultimately leased a new Audi because of the terrific customer service and experience I had working with John Ziebarth (sales) at the Audi Exchange. John went so far above and beyond to answer my endless stream of questions and arrange (so many!) test drives for me. He was always generous with his time, impressive with his quick encyclopedic knowledge, and made the whole experience—which is generally excruciating for everybody—wonderful. Thanks JZ! Couldn’t be happier with my new wheels.

Hey Scott is the reason I keep coming here this man knows how to make you feel welcome and even after you buy your car he stays in contact for any question. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Juan the salesmen who went to bat for me to get the best car and APR with Vic(more on him later) he was awesome with the same welcoming and wanting to make sure I was happy the same attitude as Scott. Vic and Robert not grumpy guys in an office but laid back,fun and they really worked hard to make sure my deal was the best and safe financially. If you have not been to Audi exchange in Highland Park,Il then you bought your car at the wrong place. In my professional life I am call a subject matter expert in oncology but this organization and their fellow colleagues are subject matter experts in treating ppl outstandingly and wanting to make you happy not just put you in a car. Take it from me a 2x car buyer at Audi Exchange of Highland Park,IL….run there now if you gone yet

This dealership won’t waste your time and they even went out of state to find my car. I was able to work out most terms over the phone, so it was an efficient visit to pick up my Q5. Manos was incredibly helpful - I’d highly recommend asking for him in the Sales Dept.

I live in Texas and found the perfect Audi Q8 at Audi Exchange. I was a bit nervous buying a used Audi (2019) unseen. However, I highly recommend Brian D to secure the perfect car. He and his team of Audi experts were available by phone and text immediately. They made the process very easy. Including, working with Ryan the finance expert to help arrange partial financing putting money down. Brian also helped with a reliable and high quality transport company to ship the car from Highland Park, IL to our home in Texas. He uses them all the time. This was a huge selling point buying out of state, which worked out great.

I saw a Q5 advertised at The Audi Exchange and called to make sure it was still available. I spoke with Manos. He was super nice and I scheduled a time to see it that day. Manos was delivering another vehicle but got the keys and let me see and then test drive the vehicle by myself. I did an extended drive for about 20 minutes on highways and side streets. When I got back we discussed pricing and trade in. We negotiated but did not come to an agreement on trade in price and I decided to see what Carmax would pay for my vehicle. I left and went to Carmax. They came back with the same price as the dealership. I was impressed that the dealership gave a fair price and decided to call Manos the next day and discuss the deal further. We negotiated a price and I put money down to hold the vehicle. I picked up the vehicle the next day and delivery was efficient and enjoyable. I will absolutely go back for future vehicles. I was treated very respectfully with no pressure to purchase. Manos was a super salesman and listened to all of my concerns. Once again a great auto purchase experience!

Low Mile Four Ringer! - but not 100%

We found this car on a website. It was very low miles for the year. Had never purchased sight - unseen before. It did not end up as unmolested as I had hoped, and was told. There is a (mostly repaired) dent area on the passenger side. There are scratches on the rear bumper which were not seen or reported to me. I had asked "Cesar" if there was any damages, dents, chips, etc. I guess his eye is not as particular as mine. As far as the dent area, nothing was reported on the "Carfax". I was not shocked as I have been unimpressed with Carfax in the past. I was told it was detailed before delivery. It was not - at all (to my satisfaction). There was still grass pieces in the trunk and ALOT of leaves under the hood. I had asked Cesar about rust or corrosion, he said none - even though I found an amount. It must have been parked outside alot.Oh well, the car seems good except for a few things.

Great purchase experience during the pandemic

Spouse's 14-year old Lexus RX passed away during the pandemic, and we needed a replacement right away. Looked at Lexus RX, Honda CR-V, Subaru Forester, Volvo XC60, and Audi Q5, the latter at Audi Exchange, which appears to have the best local supply in stock. Tough choice between the Volvo and Audi, but went with the Audi in the end (in part over concerns with Volvo reliability and bugs in "the screen." From the very start, the experience at Audi Exchange was informative and very pleasant. Our sales rep, Brian Dunton, could not have done a better job. No pressure at all, extremely responsive to our inquiries, and very generous with his time. He is a great guy to work with. Brian worked with us on pricing, which we felt was reasonable under the current (May 2022) supply chain conditions. We purchased wheel, tire, dent, and lost key coverage, as well as Audi Care. We had never visited Audi Exchange before, and we're glad we did. Highly recommended.
