Ever since I started going to Ray Chevrolet to get my vehicle serviced, I have had the best customer service even the sales team are extremely helpful. They are the staple of what a dealership should be. The Libertyville Chevy by worst experience I've ever had at any dealership avoid it, go to Fox Lake for anything

Jessica in service was excellent. I needed a tow truck for my wife's car and she had one at my house in about 15 minutes because of a dead battery in the car. Car was ready the next day.

My 2011 Silverado 3500HD Duramax had the NOX issue at 43,000 miles (common on this year.) Ray Chevrolet diagnosed it, ordered the parts and got me out the same day allowing me to take the vacation I had planned (towing my 5th wheel.) Great, quick service!
