Paul was always so honest and upfront with me, even if the answer was “I’m not sure we just have to wait”. Which I appreciate so much as almost all other dealerships will just lie to make you feel good. Ray Chevrolet is HONEST as their top priority over the sale. I also appreciated how you let me back out of the Luxcare before the coating was applied. You have my loyalty for these honest and good practices.

So, in October last year (2022) , Wife and I started looking for the replacement of her Chevy Trax because her lease was ending soon, we live in Vernon Hills hence looked at few cars in Libertyville Illinois, especially at the Chevy dealer, looked at smaller jeeps as well because our other car is a Grand Cherokee and in the mean time we got a call from Ray Chevy, we spoke to their longtime manager named Ryan. Ryan and I go way back, in last 10 years we have bought 4 cars from them, he is a gentleman and a good friend, so wife and I decided to go there and look at their inventory. Ryan asked his sales representative Robert Wilson to work with us. That was our first-time meeting with Robert, what a great guy he is. First, he was not pushy like other car salespeople out there, he worked with us in fact him and Ryan practically helped us to get into a 2022 Equinox and gave us the deal of the time. We are so grateful to Ray Chevy, Ryan, and Robert for making it happen for us when everyone else out there was trying to charge the premium price. Will highly recommend Ray Chevy.

John at Ray Chevrolet was AMAZING. He was super friendly and didn't oversell. He listened to what I wanted and didn't stop until he made it happen. As a woman we can sometimes be screwed over in the car world. This was not the case. I told him my stipulations and he met them. He is super friendly and will make you smile throughout the process. Not once did I feel we were wasting each other's time. If you are looking for a new car or just seeing what is out there, he is your guy. I would give this 10 stars if I could. George Zakrzewski is the best auto salesman I've ever dealt with I bought a new Chevy Silverado there back in November and called him up at the end of March because I needed a new jack took kit (5th wheel hitch installer lost mine and denied it) George had service department order up a new one at no cost to me! That's service after the sale.

He called me up one day and said he just got a new truck in and I would love it and he was right. Tony was attentive and genuinely concerned with every detail to address our needs. He took a personal interest and shared some of his personal experiences. We had one small hiccup with the undercoat but was quickly taken care of with the help of Al Stoll, Customer Relations Manager. Both worked as a team and were adamant about making sure we were satisfied. Rest assured, our experience was more than satisfactory. This is our second new vehicle at Ray Chevrolet. We will definitely be returning as their service department is second to none as well. I am in my 60's so I have some experience dealing with auto dealerships. This is top notch.
