Your truck (2008 Ford F350) is a POS and your Poor

2008 Ford F350 6.4 PowerStroke - Had Corwin Ford Nampa, ID change oil and fuel filters. Great, now lets go camping. Get to Cambridge and notice a massive puddle of oil on ground and on axle. Get home and oil is still overfull. Corwin "confirms" it was there error and refunded me the 150.00 for overfilling. I requested my oil pan be replaced because it wasn't wet, seeping, or leaking in anyway prior to the oil change. Miguel, manger of Quick Lane would not replace because it wasn't leaking after the recent change. Haul trailer following weekend, blew oil out to half down the dipstick all over pan and axle. Call Corwin and was told - No, your engine has high miles, lots of blow by, and has been modified, not our fault. After I mentioned the cost of the pan gasket, he belittled me saying, "Ah, that's why you want us to do it free." WHAT A JOKE! So, according to Corwin, I have a POS Ford truck and can't afford to change the gasket on my own because I'm poor. Don't waste your time!! I will post this message everywhere possible. I never have anyone change my oil because of this!

New truck, dead battery

I purchased a 2022 f-150 from Parker @ Corwin Ford. 3 weeks later parker have offered me over $54,000 on a truck that had a total sale price of $75,000. My truck is experienceing died batteries @ less then a month old. This dealership does not stand behind their sale and I have an un-useable brand new f150 stuck in my garage.... this is wrong

Communication is horrible

Have a Ford F150 in for a sensor change. Service writer said it would be a 1 day fix. Called the next day since they didn’t call me. Left multiple messages with no return calls. Here i am 5 days later without my pickup. Finally talked to the service person who acted like it was a pain to talk to me. Basically ignored me and said they would work on it... Also said he was working with 30 different customers and didn’t have time to call me back. Seriously?? Never will go there again or recommend them to anyone.....

Ok service, when you can get it.

Bought a car from them but service leaves something to be desired, ie. I booked service appt. thru their online site well ahead of date desired because I live fare away in the mountains. According to the site, dealership was supposed to call back to confirm appt. They never did! And when I called them I get; "I'm sorry no one called you" "we're all booked up" , but we can see you in 5 days" So I guess if you live close by, and can come in at ANY time, this place may work, but for those further away, and needing a reliable service dept for your new car, I'd look somewhere else! And certainly, DON'T rely on their online booking tool, call and talk to a person.

Cody in Service

I have had Fords serviced in at least eight states and many probably 15 Ford dealerships and have never had service like at Corwin, but more specifically from Cody. He has always gone out of his way to call and discuss with me my options for service and help me understand the best way to have repairs completed. I have always felt he was looking out for my best interests, not just Corwin's, he truly understands customer service. He has made Corwin customers out of our family.

Ford Battery takes out the terminal on the Taurus

38k on my 2015 Taurus SHO and the battery post leaked acid all over my terminal and ate it away so now it has nothing to attach too, 300 for the terminal and 120 for a battery THANKS FORD FOR YOUR POOR SET UP...

Todd did an excellent job. He understands the dilemma I have caring for my Mom. He worked with me and made sure that I had a loaner car. He also made sure that I had a vehicle that would accommodate her walker and had the loaner car and our car brought as close to the door as possible. These little things mean more to me than I could ever say. He is definitely a keeper. Thank You

Absolutely Fantastic Service!

Absolutely Fantastic Service! Although our service issue happened back in March, I need to write this this review to Thank Todd and the Service team for going above and beyond to help two stranded Canadian tourists! It's such a long story but not only did the team take us in at the end of the work week...literally at the end.. provide us with a courtesy car for the weekend, have our car ready to go first thing Monday morning AND have Todd come in on his day off to ensure that we were taken care of! My husband travel to the United States as often as possible because of people like those at Corwin Ford. Thank you again!!
