Five star experience from Corey Rife and Corwin Ford. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my most recent visit. This was the most professional and smooth transaction I’ve ever had. I was just looking to window shop and made that known from the start. There were no high pressure sales tactics and I was not made to feel rushed at all. Even after needing to step away and think about my options, I was not made to feel like I had to make a decision that day or in the moment. I was looking for an F-150 locally (Bend, OR) and found several I was interested in. I felt the prices were a little high but these trucks are desired so I started looking out of our area. I found one in Nampa, ID that was close to what I was looking for that was less money. I even showed this to the dealership and they suggested I check it out so that's what I did. When I got there I ended up asking about other trucks with a few more options and there was one with low miles that had the options I wanted. They were willing to come down in price enough to be worth buying from them. Jason was very upfront about details which made me more comfortable about purchasing there. It was coming down to total cost, I was prepared to come back to Bend but they met me where I needed to be. While we were doing the paperwork they did an oil change, changed all the filters and even filled the gas tank. Top Notch Team there.

We began our Bronco journey in November of 2021 at Corwin Ford, Nampa Idaho. Our order was taken, and expectations were set acknowledging a possible 12–18 month delivery. During this time, we received small updates from our Corwin representative and eagerly anticipated emails from Ford Motor Company informing us on the production process. There was one small hiccup in which our original representative left Corwin Ford rather abruptly. Luckily through our keen observation we contacted Corwin Ford and were designated a new representative, Dustin Regis, who actively checked on the status of our Bronco and relayed the information to us frequently. On January 11, 2023, we picked up our Bronco. We are extremely happy with the service provided by the sales representative (Dustin Regis) and Finance representative (Nick Sparks). Other than the wait for our Bronco, this has been the smoothest process we have had purchasing a new vehicle. We definitely will be coming back to Corwin Ford and recommend Corwin to all our peers near and far.

It took close to 1.5 years to get a Maverick in. While Ford would get a fail in order fulfillment, the dealership gets 5 stars. Our sales rep, Jeff Rick, stayed in touch the entire time with monthly updates and was always ready to answer more questions. He stayed on top of the statuses and notified us when another order was cancelled so that we could get the truck we finally purchased. Our order for a hybrid was never filled - the order was in the system, just never filled. So, while we didn't end up with just what we wanted, the truck we did end up with fits the bill.

I hate buying cars and was dreading the whole experience. I had visited other lots and felt they were pushy, overpriced, and even insulting when I was upfront about wanting a simple and affordable car. Then I met Dylan Bonds at Corwin.
