It is great that there is an appointment system in place. I used to have to wait for hours. Now, it’s no more than an hour.

Great, fast service!

Aldijana Dedic took great care of me and got my vehicle repaired faster than the initial estimates. She communicated issues and chased down my Mopar warranty without me having to do anything.

Great Customer Service!

The entire process was seamless. I was able to rent a car on the spot and make it to work on time. Reggie called me when my car was ready. To my surprise not only was my seatbelt repaired but the ignition switch (recall) was done as well. This entire experience was pleasant. I will definitely recommend Landmark Jeep to my friends!

The customer care that I received from Brandy was excellent. Each time I come in, she is always professional, and she does everything within her power to make sure that my car needs are met. I told a friend that I needed to have my car serviced. She recommended Landmark and told me to ask for Brandy. I told her that's my dealership and that Brandy is my service technician. When your car isn't performing as it should, it's always good to have a knowledgeable, caring, professional service person, and I have found that in Brandy.

Landmark Repair Experience

Brandy was wonderful to work with. She worked with us from the beginning to the end to make the repair experience as easy as possible. She took care to work with us up front to make sure we understood the process and worked to make everything happen as smoothly as possible. She kept us apprised of what was happening and where we stood in the process. She was a pleasure to work with.

My service advisor Chris was awesome, he kept me informed throughout the entire process I knew what to expect when it came to the charges so I wasn't surprised when I received the bill and he also took the time to inform me of other service maintenance work that I will need and lastly he actually followed up with a phone call and still continued to give advice.

My great customer service.

My experience with my last visit was great thanks to Brandy Gaylor. I had an apt that day to get a tail light fix, but when I arrived Brandy said the part was never ordered. So she said she will take care of things, so I had to come back in an hour or so knowing it will be crowded when I come back. To make a long story short it was not Brandy fault because she was not my service advisor when I came in on 19 Dec 2015. Brandy got my vehicle in and out within an hour and I appreciate the quick response from her. Brandy has exceptional and outstanding customer service. I have dealt with her before in the past and each time she helps me with a big smile and I always leave Landmark a happy customer. In the future I will prefer to deal with Brandy for my vehicle repairs. I'm not knocking no other service advisors this is just my preference. Great job Brandy!!

Had an appointment on Saturday, 12-12-15 at 11 am. Arrived at 10:50 am. Waited for 40 minutes for a service adviser to see me and they he tells me that they do not do warranty work on the weekends. I left my vehicle and they did give me a rental free of charge for 5 days which was great. Landmark Dodge is really great but this is the first time that this has happened to me. I have been dealing with Landmark Dodge for over 20 yrs. now. Just a small glitch I guess.

Scott Derickson is absolutely the best Service Advisor that I have have ever dealt with. He is friendly, helpful, and very informative. I am very thankful that you provide internet access so that I am able to work as my vehicle is being serviced! As always, a wonderful experience which is why I will continue to only have my Jeep (my fourth vehicle purchased at Landmark) serviced at Landmark and purchase my vehicles at Landmark!

The staff is friendly. Brandy kept me informed on the time frame. When we realized it would be a little longer than expected she got me into a rental in no time! She continued to call with updates even after I left. Best service experience ever!
