Went to Milton Ruben to trade in my vehicle and came out with 2 new vehicles all thanks to Reggie Crawford and Mr.Kenny (I believe that was his name). My husband and my self are very happy with the experience we had and our new Chrysler Voyager van and Dodge Big horn ram truck. They were not pushy at all, just tried to help us get what we wanted and to around our price range! Thank you again Reggie.

By far the best car buying experience for me. Reggie was not a pushy salesman like the usual and realized I didn’t need any extras and even though he was out of town the day I called he put the vehicle I was looking for on hold til I could meet up with him the next day. My salesman Mr Roger Chambers, I give a 5 star rating. He was very helpful, answered the phone each and every time I called, patient, and only showed me what I wanted. Never tried selling me anything more or less. But his sales manager Robert Law apparently thought because he carries a Managers sign thinks he can put his customers ahead of his salesman's customers. I didn't not appreciate the way I was talk to or his attitude. He was sarcastic and tried to insinuate his customer was better than me by asking me if I was purchasing a new or used vehicle. His management and personal skills are very inappropriate, and I'm saying this nicely. As for Milton Ruben in itself I would recommend everyone to purchase a vehicle from them and to deal with Mr Roger Chambers.

When I went in an talked to Roger Chambers I was to the point. I told him what I wanted and that I wasn't going to haggle. I let him know that he had 1 shot with the numbers and if it wasn't what I liked I was going somewhere else. Roger knocked it out of the park. I got a great deal on a great truck and got more than I expected on my trade in. Great salesman to work with and great dealership.

Where to start...? Firstly, my experiences with dealerships before today were as follows: you spend time looking for the perfect car and finally when you think you found it you set an appointment to get a better look, you get to the dealership and have to hunt down the person who you originally spoke with to finally find out that the pictures look nothing like the car you saw online and it's more of a game of 21 questions to find out why the bumper is a different color than the rest of the car. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE TODAY! After months of looking I finally found my dream car here at Milton Ruben. I sent an inquiry about the car on their website on a Thursday night at around 9 pm...and got a response and appointment by 9:30. That alone had me impressed! Patricia not only answered all my questions regarding the vehicle before our appointment in a very professional and punctual manner but also greeted me as soon as I parked! I could not have imagined a better experience if I tried. Patricia and everyone at the dealership were extremely kind and respectful (even to a 23 year old kid like me). This made me feel taken care of and made my experience with Milton Ruben one to remember. I highly recommend this dealership! Thanks again guys.

If you buy your vehicle here try and get your tags yourself. I submitted my paperwork June 4, 2015 and didn't get my tags until the day my temporary tags expired which was July 9, 2015. I called and emailed several times to see what was going on throughout the proceeding weeks and all I got were excuses. Some of them not even good ones like ("oh you filled out the paperwork incorrectly by leaving that section blank"). Why on earth would someone say that when you have the paper trail to prove otherwise is beyond me. I also got the excuse of "oh Ms. Amanda tried to contact you several times", but there's no messages or calls from Amanda on my cell phone and I've got the cell phone records to prove that also.

These guys are great. Given I have only dealt with one guy in-particular, but this dude was kind, honest, a straight shooter, and just an all around great guy. Every time I go in for service, I am greeted promptly and courteously. They give me a time frame of how long things will take, and it is usually spot on. There's a reason people keep going back here.
