My son had previously purchased/leased a GMC Yukon from Schumacher and he suggested I look for my new pickup truck there. Bill Ruback greeted us and we looked over his inventory. Long story short I did in fact purchase a new GMC SLT. Bill worked with me both over the phone and in person both before and after the sell. Bill's assistance was greatly appreciated. I should also mention that I spoke with John, the After Market Mgr., and purchased several items including a hard quad fold bed cove. I am very pleased with my purchase and also the Schumacher dealership. Again, my thanks to Bill Ruback for all his help!

Great customer service, easy in & out. I called Bob Bauman to schedule a time to come in and see the inventory. Picked out the new SUV & scheduled an appointment for the next day to come in drop off my 15 Yukon & pick up the new one. Everything went seamlessly, transferred tag, Onstar & SiriusXM. Walked in finance department went over contract & optional packages & on the road 15 minutes later. The whole process was a great experience & literally from start to finish done in 1.5 hrs. Great staff & Team..

From the moment we walked in the door until we left in our new GMC Acadia we had an exceptional experience. Jordan was patient and informative. He could easily answer all of our questions. He knew the GMC products well and helped us to find the vehicle that was right for us. A week after we had a question about how to work something and went back in and he still greeted us with a big smile and took the time to answer more of our questions. He has the patience of a saint!

Found a used vehicle on the Schumacher website. Called them up and confirmed it was available to look at. not test drive, I want to visually check it out before driving it. Assured it was there and it would be pulled around for me. Of course it wasnt, salesperson (Joe) told me that due to the recall all effected vehicles were sequestered and i wouldnt be allowed to see it. Thats odd, ok left him my card, cell phone # etc. was assured i'd get a call in 2 days 2 weeks later i see the same vehicle pop up in an online search. I make a web inquiry for a quote and get a call from the Internet sales mngr. He assures me the vehicle is onsite and in great condition. I can see it today ! (this is 11am). It has NOT had the recall work done on it tho so they cant sell it. BUT i can see it, just no test drive. ok, i'll be there at 3 pm. On arrival i'm told the vehicle is on a 2 day test drive. WTF it cant be sold, it hasnt had the recall work done on it but its on a test drive for 2 days ?! BUT we can show you a similar vehicle ONLY 14k more than that one !!! what a buncha [non-permissible content removed].

Amazing Experience!

Bob was such a unique salesman at Schumacher GMC. From the moment I stepped on the lot he treated my family and I with the upmost respect. He was not the least bit pushy or upset when we told him we were "just looking." Bob eagerly answered my questions, provided suggestions and insight on what truck he thought would be the best fit for me. Upon thanking him for his help he wished me luck in finding the right vehicle whether it was with him or another dealership. This showed this man was incredibly humble and genuinely cared. We looked around at approximately 15 dealerships and kept going back to the experience we had with Bob. No other salesman came close to him when it came to down to it. They were all so eager to make the sale that when I said we were just looking we were often talked down to and treated poorly once they realized they weren't going I make a sale that day. Bob's demeanor was unique and is what ultimately brought me back to purchase my first GMC 2500 Denali HD. I can't begin to explain how great the buying experience was with him! I felt no stress, just anxiety to get my truck on the road! Bob was the best experience through this buying experience. I have and will continue to send clients to Bob. He is truly the reason I went with GMC and he represents the company to the fullest extent.

What a waste of time. First off I live an hour and a half away. I drove there last week. And walked out ont their crazy offer. The Internet sales women Sonia called me stating the following "wow they let you walk out. You were only 3 thousand dollars apart. We're dying to selll these, please come back in and we will work with you. Given your information you shouldn't have a interest rate more than 8 percent" I came back a few days later (another 1.5 hour drive,3 hours in total) I spoke to mike and told him exactly what Sonia said, this was his response "she said that because she gets fifty bucks every time she gets a customer to come back"... Are you serious !I waited an hour. I explained to Sonia I was a first time buyer and she said it would be no problem financing me because I'm putting down so much. When i told mike about the 8 percent Sonia promised he laughed and said "she's not authorized to give out numbers like that".I wasted the whole day! They said they couldn't even do the original deal and instead of coming down in price wanted to go up 3 thousand !!! What a joke. I walked out. No one tried to stop me and then 45 minutes later got a call from Sonia (the biggest [non-permissible content removed] of them all) saying they now they can do the original deal. Hope she enjoys the fifty bucks she got for lying to me. I dare any of them to say any of this is not true. I'm a recovering addict who's been clean for over 5 years and I'm sad to see I've seen more integrity in crack dealers...May god have mercy on their souls.. ***If you want to read REAL reviews check them out at dealerrater

Not to be trusted

I went to this dealer after finding the car I wanted on line. I already had my financing in place via my credit union. THREE times the "business manager" asked if she could run my credit report and THREE times I told her no as I already had financing and was happy with the terms I was getting with the credit union. I brought in a check the next day and completed the purchase. The next day I recieved an alert from the credit monitoring service that I use that Schumacher had indeed run a credit check on me. When I called the dealer they denied that they had run the credit check but when confronted with the actual prove they changed their story and said it was done on accident. Three times I told them not to do it and the best explanation they have is an "accident". You have to ask yourself if you want to deal with a business who will do whatever they want with your credit information. With all the ID fraud out there do you want people getting access to your information without you knowing or authorizing? I guess I was expecting too much, after all it's still a car dealer. I guess there's a reason people don't trust car dealers/salesman.

Just left dealer showroom had a good experience. I used the internet to purchase our car. I was a little apprehensive dealing with the internet. I first dealt with Don Resnick, after 2 phone calls and 2 e-mails and I was in the showroom within 2 and half hours. Met with Tim Jacques the sales Mangeger, and this guy bent over backwards trying to locate the cars I recived a price on from Don Resnick. I was given a test drive by Erick Doering, before the test drive Eric went over the car explaining all the features it had and answered all of our questions. (he never once said I don't know, he knew his product.) We got back to the showroom and talked to Tim again about pricing, he checked to make sure they had the car we were interested in and gave us a price. We were happy with what was the final price. We got there about 1:15 and were on our way at 3:30. I have to say we were treated with courtesy and they were very professional. I would buy there again. Dominick

Did a lot of research on both the car I wanted to buy (G35 sedan) and my trade (Toyota 4Runner). The sales person was nice but the dealer tried to play me for a fool. My trade was appraised at several other dealers for about $21,000. Their offer was $16,000. Even though they had the car I wanted, I walked. I can go elsewhere.
