I contacted several BMW dealerships throughout the Tampa Bay Area, but my experience here really stood out. From my initial email, Jashua Figueroa provided me with clear, straightforward pricing information, something no other dealership offered. Our first visit to the dealership for further information was equally impressive. We met with Jashua and Brandon Gimlin, who guided us through options that best fit what we valued. They introduced us to a set of incentives we were unaware of, which helped guide our decision too. We returned and met with finance manager Iwona Janczak, who efficently helped us finalize our purchase. Having purchased several cars in recent years, I can easily say that my experience with Bert Smith BMW was among the best.

I recently worked with Roger Pedersen on the purchase of a new X7, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Bert Smith BMW. I have purchased many vehicles, and this was the smoothest and quickest yet. They did not try to tack on “dealer installed options” and significant “market adjustments” like my local BMW dealer was. Bert Smith also gave me much more for my trade. Will do business with them again.

Had the pleasure of working with Rodney. I had placed an inquiry online on Friday late evening, and first thing on Saturday morning I was contacted by Rodney. He patiently listed to all the inquiries, and was able to find a car that matched my needs. If I could rate 10+ I would. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Absolutely terrible! I drove my car home, next time I needed to go somewhere, it won’t start! Juan upsold me $700 for crap he said if I didn't get, my car might not start one day,,,, and as soon as I pay all that money and drive it home, it won't start! Additionally, they did a crap job of cleaning the car. BMW in Palm Harbor took pride in cleaning our cars when brought in for service, detailing them even. To my total disappointment, this place did such a terrible job, I had to clean the windows when I got home just to see because they left ridiculous streaks and had to vacuum it because they did so poorly. Unbelievably awful service and experience!

Outstanding experience with Brandon Gimlin. He was highly effective with communication and follow-up. He had the car ready to test drive, was respectful of my time, and came to me with great pricing. There is a huge different buying a car here than other dealerships. They made the car buying experience pleasant and easy. I highly recommend the dealership and Brandon to buy a vehicle from. Also, this dealership has less fees than many in town with more transparency.

I have been shopping for a late model BMW X6 for some time before I spotted a car on AutoTrader that fit my needs at Bert Smith BMW. I made an appointment to go see and test drive the car. My Service Rep, Tyler Fragapane, was very helpful and knowledgeable and well versed with the many systems and options on this X6. The car was everything I was looking for so we got into the nuts and bolts of a purchase negotiation. After going back and for with the Sales Manager for a couple of reviews we settled on a deal that I was very happy with. Three things closed the deal for me - Bert Smith had the car listed a a very competitive price, they charged a relatively low dealer fee (compared to other BMW dealers I had shopped at), and they gave me a great credit on my trade in vehicle. I could not be happier with the car and I am very glad I got to know Bert Smith BMW. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new or gently used BMW.

We had a difficult time finding a 2023 BMW X3 with Xdrive due to availability issues. The initial dealers we contacted either said they couldn't help us due to a lack of inventory or tried to pursuade us to take loaner models with high mileage or a vehicle without Xdrive. The only dealer who made an effort to find us the right car was Bert Smith BMW in St. Pete. We worked with Michael Ford, Client Advisor, who presented us with 2 ideal options. Our entire experience with Micheal and other staff members was truly exceptional in every regard. They went above and beyond to give us every buying advantage and even had a huge bow on the car when we picked it up. We would HIGHLY recommend them and will certainly work with them exclusively for all future car purchases.
