Ford Escape feedback

My Escape has been at Midway Ford in and out since May 2022 for a backup camera failure. Part was requested in June 2022, and as of today March 28, 2023, there is no replacement backup camera for my Ford Escape. Very dissaponted. How much longer do I have to wait?

Mike was great. I explained that I had a problem with the door not closing and that I believed it was under recall. He confirmed and was able to overnight the part so I could get my car the next day!

Honest Folks and Great Service!

Had my 2015 F350 Platinum serviced last week. Changed my oil and antifreeze. As usual these guys are on point. Michael Martin my service advisor keeps me well informed from start to finish. He takes the time to explain any details that come about. The last time I talked to him about replacing my antifreeze/coolant, he remembered that my radiator had been damaged and replaced along with the coolant as a result of a raccoon that was caught in the belts (poor guy) as i cranked the motor over. When he realized I still had extra miles of service life on the coolant he made me aware to hold off doing the flush. Hence, I'm here now and at the dealer for this very service. It's always good to know these folks truly are watching your back.

Excellent Service

I had a Saturday morning appointment. The serviceman was Michael Martin, when I arrived, there were other customers before me, I was able to see and hear how well he listened to their comments and problems with their cars. when it was my turn, I told him that I wanted an oil change and tires rotated. He prepared the paperwork took my keys and I proceeded to the waiting room. My car was ready within the hour. I was very grateful, since I had other appointments on the other side of town. My comment to Michael was "Excellent"! He is very pleasant and has the right attitude in treating his customers and providing as I previously mentioned, Excellent Service!!!
