We've never purchased a new vehicle until this one. One reason; hovering, pushy, confusing sales people... let alone all the time it takes! That changed when we moved into our new neighborhood and home. We just happened to have a BMW sales professional 2 doors away! We got on friendly terms as neighbors, and decided we'd give a new vehicle a whirl. After a few conversations, this wonderful man took away our fears, on 2 occasions, brought us 2 different models to choose from. One happened to be on a recall list so that was out. But the other was just amazing, we went with it. Never had to leave our home! A few weeks later, our new X2 was driven to our home by our neighbor who also brought along his 'tech guru' who took us all through the tech in this car until we were comfortable with it. Signed all the paperwork and done! The staff at Fields BMW went the extra mile for us, and we owe it all to our wonderful neighbor, friend and sales professional, Mr. Furman Clark. Thank you all for making this dream come true.

Mike Wagner was a breeze to work with. I have purchased many vehicles in my past, this by far has been the easiest. I spoke with Mike on the phone only a couple of times we did all the details through email. Mike was spot on. He was prompt and available. The staff was a awesome as well Lanette was very helpful and encouraging. She even gave me some advice about my DLs. I'm in meetings all day and happened to have one in Lakeland. After a long meeting I got to Fields and Mike had the car waiting. I drove and signed and got out of there. What a great experience. I will recommend Fields to my family and friends!!

Overall, I am very happy with my CPO 535i. My only wish would have been to buy one with a few more tech features, and an upgraded sound system. However, I was not patient enough to wait until the "right" vehicle may have become available.

My business is 23 years old and for most of it I have leased cars every 3 years. I started with Nissans then Fords then Acuras and not until I got to Fields did I ever think it went smoothly or felt it was a good deal. I leased the first BMW with Furman C 9 years ago. Until then I never knew it could go so smoothly. Until then I dreaded when my lease was up. I decided to keep a good pattern and each time I deal with Furman C. Over the years I've enjoyed the service of Fields, such a difference from the regular dealership. They make me feel special and valued when I am there. All the staff are friendly and there's none of the high pressure sales tactics I have been a victim of in the past. I feel like BMW does a good job training everyone and I see many of the same faces when I am there. This says to me they treat their people pretty good and the people live the brand. My paper work is explained very well every time I sign up and I have dealt with Lanette W for all four leases. She is always ready with all the details. It does not take a half a day like in many places. Love the cars, the service and the people.

Lance the sales manager called me back when I called about buying a new car.Lance was very helpful and ordered the exact car I wanted right away and made the whole experience so easy for me.It was the best car buying experience I had in the 20 years in BMW dealerships. Lance even drove the car to me and hour or more away and took my trade in back. The paper work was all done before he came out so it was fast and easy. We will call Lance back in 3 years to order a new car and I will always recommend him to everyone in any state to call him for the best car buying experience. Hi i was in the market to buy a BMW and had heard the ads for fields so i wanted to give them a shot . My last bmw i purchased at furman and loved that car but i wanted to get a new one . so after a over 50 mile drive i got to their dealership and it looks great from the outside . but that looking about that’s the only good thing i can say about my time there . I picked out one of the cars i had seen on the internet a white 2013 328i. there were about 8 different 2013 they could get me for the same price. i asked if all had bluetooth and usbs. i was told yes that is standard . After 45 mins of back and forth with the sale person i came to a price and said yes i want to buy it . then they told me to the finance person . after a couple of mins with the finance person i find out a lot of what we talked about as far as warranties that i wanted through BMW were wrong or not there or through BMW . but the finance person was very help full and fix all the sale persons "misunderstanding" but now the car was 70 dollars more a mouth. i still said ok and bought the car . signed all the papers . go to pick up my car the sale person shows me all the new stuff this one has that my 2007 did not have . then said let me set up your blue tooth . we sit in the car after a couple of mins he said o this does not have blue tooth . i thought that was odd . cause i had asked and it was standard . but my fault i still drove the car home thinking i would just do it when i get home . well come to find out my car does not have bluetooth or the USB . the bluetooth i could careless had it in my old car and never used it . but the USB to get the 12gb of music i have on my iphone was one of the main reasons i wanted to upgrade my car . i called the dealer and sales person the next day they said there sorry . and wanted to do something to make it up to me . they ended up tell me they could give me sat. radio at a discount for my trouble .i had sat radio but it’s better than nothing . so i paid the 200 dollars more and got it . but thats all that have done the one phone call i made to them . not calling to see if i like the car or any of that . i think they know they sold me a dud and just ready for the bad servey .

I have purchased many cars through the years. My previous purchase experience through a competitor of Fields was horrible. I was promised the "moon", and they certainly didn't deliver. I purchased my latest vehicle through Fields BMW and actually the entire transaction by phone and everything was exactly as stated. I am completely satisfied and would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I ordered a 2013 328 exactly they way I wanted and waited two months. Tom S. is a very straight forward sales guy and has leased a vehicle to my Partner. I've even sent friends to him which bought a 5 series and a 6 series from him. Unfortunately, I had a problem with my 2013 328 that BMW is trying to find a fix for - not the dealers fault. I ended up talking to the Service Manager, John and he couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. I ended up talking to the Sales Manager and the GM and they have pleaded my case to BMW and got a FAIR result. Sometimes you just have to talk to Management regarding serious issues - they listened to my point of view and I really felt they understood where I was coming from. I couldn't be happier with the results.

This is exactly the type of dealer that make car salesmen the least trusted profession in the country. This is a bad dealer, refuses to put anything in writing , will not give email quotes, prices too high, and treats customers like dirt, and is very slow in responding. Save yourself the hassle, go somewhere else, these people are not worth your time much less your money.

Recently visited Fields Lakeland to inquire about a left over '08 BMW. The model we wanted wasn't in stock. Salesman did a search, found the vehicle we wanted, and a color we liked, and had it trucked in. Got the right car at the right price. No need to deal with managers - something the wife and I detest. The salesman did it all. No pressure from anyone. The salesman was pleasant, knowledgeable in his product line, courteous, and let us ask questions. No trying to put us in a more expensive car like some salesman and their managers had done at other dealerships in the Lakeland, Tampa, Sarasota, Orlando area during the last couple of months while we were window shopping. "Majic" Nasrallah provided one of the most pleasant car buying experiences in the 46 years since I got my first set of wheels. We ordered the car with a small cash deposit and picked it up one week later. Everyone we've met at the dealership from the guy restocking supplies in the customer lounge, to the financing manager, and the folks in the parts and accessories boutique were friendly and made us feel like we were valued cusotmers.
