in the past, car shopping has been a cause for great consternation and concern; not so this time. My salesman, Mark, was so helpful, knowledgeable, and non-pushy, both before the sale and after that it truly was a pleasure to deal with him. He needs a raise!

My family and I were interested in replacing our Lexus IS. After visiting dealers around South Fla. we decided to drive an hour north to Treasure Coast Lexus. It was a pleasurable experience, gone was the hurry and hustle that is all to familiar. What we found was astounding; our needs, wants and desires were paramount - it was about the car we wanted, not the car the dealer wanted to put us in. A very refreshing change. The dealership is beautiful and unimposing - quite a relaxing pace; but uber professional, (everyone there knew all about the cars). We purchased our car at our pace in well under 2 hours, simply amazing. It was all about customer service, a trait i thought long forgotten, but I found it here! Tom Druziak and Steve Friend are the best in the business.

Not Like any other dealership I've known

My lease was to expire in a few months and I was concerned about excess mileage fees and such. Made an appointment with my sales rep "just to talk" about options. My wife and I drove out with new RX for a comfortable price and both of us smiling.

Leasing a Lexus

We were referred by Ron a financial specialist at Ford . We mention our interest in a Lexus and he gave us to Mr C as a sales professional! We were greated well and Mr C was awesome. He did not pressure us! We also know Mr M who was a manager for Isuzu in North Palm Beach and Lexus at some point! We felt like family and love the Lexus! Many thanks. We will be recommending your dealership to the many friends/acquaintances/family in the foreseeable future. The last vehicle that we leased and purchased in 2001 was an Isuzu Rodeo. I leased for 39 months and had 12000 miles at the end of the lease. Vehicle was garaged kept and immaculate. On my way to work one day this women cut through traffic as she was motioned to go ahead and as I was getting into the turning lane she struck me. The air bags deploited and I lost my SUV. It was 13 years old with 65000 miles on it! I was devastated! Long story short even though she got the citation she fought me! Luckily I retained an attorney. Received a check for the loss of my vehicle and after researching SUV, I ended up looking at the Lexus. I was able to use the check on a deposit. Even though I have payments. I believe I deserve this very special vehicle. I have been working since I was 12. We only live once. Thank you Lexus and especially Mr C. You are an asset to the Lexus family.

Don't Go Here

This is another very attractive Lexus dealership that is very friendly. Then, when you present the Edmonds truvalue pricing printout....everything changes. Sure we can build that car 'give of take' a few dollars, it will take a couple of months. Then they try to sell you a car in inventory with options you don't want or need and refuse to acknowledge the Edmonds and other internet pricing guides. I ended up buying an Infiniti, which was a much better experience and for the right price.
