Battery regulator and front by seat

A battery regulator was $600. The car was in service twice in the last month and in addition to other issues, the front seat would not adjust. I asked that fuse be changed or checked. Both times it came back broken

Never Again

After 5 S Class models, 2 AMGs and 2 Maybachs I will never buy another. My special order two tone Maybach had only 1185 miles but must go in for maintenance even though it needed nothing. $1113.00 bill for oil change and washer fluid. I had rather Mercedes spit in my face than this! NEVER again Absolutely insulting and ruined my love of the is car!

Special order 2 tone Maybach Waited 1 1/2 yrs all ruined

1168 miles so oil change and washer fluid just cost me $1114.22. I have never ever been so insulted by any auto service. After 5 S class cars 2 were AMG and 2 Maybach under no circumstances will I ever buy another and will tell anyone who will listen about this . Yes even strangers in the elevator. Good chance I will sell this car even though it is perfection and I DID love it. I gave my buddy the GTS yesterday goodbye. Not wanting anything . The damage is done

It is amazing, after many issues when bought to my wife a AMG GLE 63 biturbo V8 high profile vehicule, nobody was able to instruct how to use the equipment of the vehicle. After coming for a service regarding some fuse faileing and small issues we asked about the toll payment, if there is a service inside the Mercedez features, like I have in another Audi or BMW cars I have... and amazing! NOBODY in the dealer could answer us!!! Even I saw in the internet the feature is available in MB, nodbody could tell us is our NEW vehicle has it or not!!!, OK, could happen, so they told us "Will check deeper and call you back"... NOBODY call back ever... Very bad service... AGAIN, and AGAIN. Amazed by the lack of professionalism of such a big dealer.

Mercedes Fort Lauderdale Has always provided stellar service on my GLC 300. What makes this service stellar is the service representative, Tamika! Not only did she supply me with text messages regarding the status of my vehicle, she did it in a friendly and professional manner. I accidentally left my Dolphins parking passes in the vehicle and within 20 minutes she found the parking passes and had them sitting on her desk waiting for me. It’s great to receive good mechanical service but even better to have frequent updates from a kind and friendly service advisor.

Love my GLC 300. Rides like a dream and most of all I feel soooo safe. To top it the Fort Lauderdale Center is the best in South Florida. Each of those people are soo service oriented very helpful. Tony Guevara is the man of the hour. Consistent and reliable. And let me not forget Sam as well. Also the lady who was soo nice to my pooch❤️. Been with them over a decade👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙏🏼❤️Thanks so much! 3 days after my car was towed in I was told I was #8th on the list. I was told they had no idea when the car would be looked at, so I had it towed to another shop. Very arrogant service advisor.
