Sales Person was the best

Michael K. At Autonation Lincoln in Clearwater was the best salesman I've ever had when buying a car. He was patient, drove me around to multiple dealerships to test drive vehicles. Was honest with his opinion on each of the vehicles and was never pushy like most car salesmen tend to be. I can appreciate his calm demeanor versus the almost fake demeanor of others that I've dealt with in the past when buying a car. His approach should be recognized more often as it made the car buying experience much more enjoyable and less stressful.

Great sales pitch to reel you in…

The car buying process was amazing. I’d rank them FIVE stars, initially. We bought a used Mercedes for our daughter. Everyone kept telling us their service doesn’t end with the sale. They’re there to help. Our daughter took the car to Miami, where she lives. The engine light came on. Automation Clearwater worked with us to get it inspected in Miami and absorbed the cost. Again- FIVE STAR service. We were impressed. This was a week ago and AutoNation Clearwater has not returned our calls or even let us know what the inspection report said. I’m incredibly disappointed by their lack of follow- through from their commitment to service.

Today service is a thing of the past but not at AutoNation Lincoln Clearwater. The young man my wife and I worked with CJ, was knowledgeable, courteous and never ever pushed us to make a decision. His superior, Mike, like CJ was knowledgeable, courteous and, believe it or not never every pushed us to make a decision regarding the car. Treated like family

I was very pleased with my recent purchase of a new Corsair. They treated me like family in that they took care of explaining the new options on my car, taking care of getting my Florida license plates and making sure my new car insurance was activated. Very pleased again as this is not the first new car purchased from them.
