Helped us out while traveling away from home

Westbrook Honda cared about our car repair situation. We were visiting CT from NJ and our Honda Pilot broke down unexpectedly. WB-Honda's service advisor Efrain Hernandez scheduled us for service that same afternoon. He came out with a service tech and jump started our Pilot when we couldn't drive it in; it quit running only one block away from Westbrook Honda. If not for Efrain's efforts we could have been stranded without a car and away from home.

Nice, helpful service coordinator. Didn’t patronize me at all. Advised services but explained them thoroughly before I agreed. Told me I didn’t need other services. Promised to email a thorough report of my services and state of car, which he did. Very impressed and grateful.

it is always a relaxed and friendly environment. Work to be done and why is explained so I understand. And in this last visit I asked about a paint chip on hood and they went out of their way to cover it with paint which will protect it this winter. Also work was done in reasonable time.
