Never had better service anywhere

onI'm greatly surprised at the review above. We have NEVER had better service at any dealer in all of our years of bringing our cars for service to the different dealers from which they've been purchased. Pamby's staff is friendly, helpful, and works very, very hard to make sure that they find and correct whatever problem you might be having with your vehicle. We have NEVER felt taken advantage of; NEVER felt that they have broken something to ensure that we will return again to pay additional money for repairs. From the day we purchased this car until today, the day we finished paying it off - we have had nothing but good luck with Pamby. Our Town&Country is a 2008 and has 126,000 miles on it, as we love to travel. We bring it in for service before long trips, and the service department checks everything out for us knowing that we don't want to be hundreds of miles from home and have the car break down. Never had that happen. Never expect to with our next Town&Country, either. Great car - plan on purchasing it at the same place when the time is right. We highly recommend this dealer and its service department. And we would like to thank them for the excellent work they have done for us over the last few years.

NEVER GO HERE! They rip you off

onThey have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Their service departments claims a item is fixed just to have the car break within a week of having it back, each time costing you a deductible and when you talk to management they just dont care!!! NEVER GO HERE!!!
