This is my 3rd Acura from Acura of Avon. Every interaction and service I have had with this dealership has been positive, fun, professional, and easy. Their service department is excellent as well! Natalia, Joe, and Rick made exchanging my current lease for a new lease seemless. When I called my insurance company to change my coverage to my new lease, the agent said, "You sure love Acuras!" I told him that it was Acura of Avon that I loved - they are why I keep going back. I don't even consider another dealership. After speaking to different salesman at the different Acura locations in my area (CT), I decided to work with Natalia B. At Acura of Avon in Canton. I choose Natalia because she did not try to pressure me, she did not waste my time, she did not try to sell me anything different, she did not try to push their financing or any of the things we all dread about car salesman. She was not pushy or arrogant like others I dealt with this past week. She was accommodating, personable, patient and listened. Also, working with the sales manager was a good experience as well. At no point was he rude, or showed frustration or annoyance when turning down any of the add on packages when signing the paperwork, he also did not try to convince me to use their financing after declining, no one ever asked me to put money down to discuss anything or to “hold” a vehicle until it was actually time to. I never got the feeling I was being lied to or being taken advantage of. I highly recommend this dealership and especially encourage you to work with Natalia B. As a salesperson if you are looking to make a purchase.

What a great experience from the first phone call that I made to them to see if they can get me what I was looking for and beat the other dealership I was working with and they did juts that. Called me back less then 10 minutes, was at the dealership in less then 2 days and less then a week later I was driving in my 2023 MDX that I was looking for that the other Acura dealership couldn’t find me and they beat their price and I got a better interest rate then I had with my credit union which beat the other dealership I was working with. Everyone was so nice and on top of things from my sales person Stephan King, the general manager Ron DeSilva who was by my side every step of the way, and Rick Miller the business manager who explained everything and made sure I had the best deals possible. They all made sure I was happy and they treated me like family and still do, especially since I’ve called them a hundred times and was a pain but then never turned their back on me and came through with their promises on “add ons” we discussed. Even other salespeople, and down to the detail person there was super nice and always greeted you with a smile and brief conversation. I didn’t feel this with the other Acura dealership I was working with, I kinda felt pushy with receiving emails and calls to come in especially when they couldn’t get me what I exactly wanted and tried to push other interiors, trims and older and newer years at me. And all this after one quick phone call to get EXACTLY what I was looking for and then some. Never settle for your first options or only ones handed to you at that time. Give ACURA OF AVON a chance, you won’t be disappointed I promise!

I recently completed the purchase of my third(!) new Acura with Natalia, at Acura of Avon. She is outstanding at her job: professional but very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and actually makes car-buying a pleasant experience. She is low-key/low-pressure in her approach, thoughtful in response to questions (however dumb mine might be!), and goes to bat for her customers with Service and with the Sales managers. I recommend her, and Acura of Avon, as strongly as possible!

Joe Kanaan, the General Sales Manager was wonderful, very personable and made sure I was happy with the purchase. The process was fast, smooth and efficient.
