These people sold me a vehicle with bad brakes. They were also tampered with so they would not squeal. When confronted, they stated they were at 4. They are only replaced at 3. How convenient. There was also nearly a half tank of gas missing from time of purchase until time of pickup. SHADY!!

Purchasing my new Toyota was a positive experience. Prices and discounts were given up front (available on the Turner Toyota website) and were competitive with discounted prices at the large dealerships on the Front Range. There were no hidden charges, and this straightforward pricing was greatly appreciated. Turner Toyota is a smaller dealership, but they were successful in getting us the new vehicle we wanted as quickly as possible. Wendy and Brian in sales were very helpful and a pleasure to work with as was Tess, who handled the paperwork. The purchase was easy. I highly recommend Turner Toyota and their sales staff.

I had visited my local dealer, I spent 30 minutes looking at the cars on their lot. I finally decided to leave at that time, as not 1 sales person had came out to even say hi to me. I got on the internet and contacted Turner Toyota in Montrose via email. Lane Morris called me within 5 minutes. He was very interested in my needs and wants. Lane not only directed me to a fuel efficient car, but explained all the options in detail. He then, proceeded to give me a price for my trade. I just had to give him the vin # and miles and options and sent him 3 picture texts of my vehicle. Lane told me, what I could trade for and walked me through the on-line credit application. Then to my surprise and joy, Lane offered to drive 150 miles to my business with my new car. I have a very busy life, and this was just icing on the cake. Lane Morris and Turner Toyota treated me better than some of my friends and family. I will tell everyone in my town, that this is the place to buy from, and well worth the drive. Even if I didn't have to make the drive. Thank you, Lane for all your patience and work.
